GoogleI’ve purchased a couple of properties with Simon, and both have been great experiences. He has an excellent knowledge of the properties he’s selling, he’s open (no unpleasant surprises down the line), friendly, and not pushy. Because of this, he’s the ideal go-between between buyer and seller. He resolved my issues during the purchase process leaving me a happy buyer and presumably the seller feels similar. Have done, and will again, re-use.

GoogleWhen we first thought about selling our property I mentioned it to a work colleague who said he had used this great guy who did this and that and couldn’t do enough. Well we have bought and sold on at least six occasions over the years and the things he was telling me didn’t match my experience of other agents I had used previously. So I invited Simon along to sound him out. He came and we chatted he gave me a price guide which was more than I thought I told him of the improvements that I intended and he said that would Help to make the sale. I was impressed even more so as he told me exactly how the sale would go. He came and took a great many photos that were very professional and perfectly framed He came to every viewing and talked to all the prospective purchasers in the same kind, friendly and knowledgeable way he had dealt us. It was not an act it’s just the way he is. And a week later the house was sold but he didn’t leave us high and dry he continued to liaise between all parties ourselves the purchaser and both solicitors. There wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. He has set the bar very high for other estate agent and I would not hesitate to recommend Simon & co to anyone needing to sell a property. In fact my friends and family are bored with me eulogising about him

From the first time I met Simon, you could tell that he knows his stuff and his overall knowledge of the property was exceptional. Throughout the entire process no stone was left unturned. He was able to answer any of my questions, day or night(!) and I felt, more importantly, that I could trust Simon to give me honest answers when I needed them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Simon & Co for anyone who is considering selling their property.

GoogleSimon is the most efficient estate agent you could ever hope to find, brilliant at keeping in touch with everyone involved in the chain so everyone knows exactly what is happening at each stage of the process of buying or selling. He had amazing patience and perseverance with one particular solicitor in the chain that was reluctant to answer calls or emails! I would rate Simon ten out of ten for efficiency, friendliness and for his knowledge of all that is involved to keep a property chain moving. I have used several different estate agents over the years for buying and selling and he has been far and away the best.

Simon has a wealth of knowledge and clearly had a great relationship with the vendors of the property we chose to purchase from him; which helped the entire event run smoothly from start to finish. Simon went the extra mile from the go, the images and photographs advertised for the property in the question and others we've seen him advertise were of the highest quality. GoogleGreat service from Simon and Co. I thought Simon’s advice was spot on, honest and upfront. He kept us fully up to date at every stage of the process and nothing seemed too much trouble. He is passionate about what he does and his professionalism is outstanding. I have never had so much faith in an estate agent before, and trust me I have dealt with quite a few. GoogleUsing Simon & has proved to be a brilliant decision for us selling. He came and valued our house at the end of October, and we put the house on the market on the 1st November. They took brilliant professional photos, that showed are house in a brilliant but not misleading light. He generated (in our case) 13 viewings in the first week, and 8 offers, 7 for the full asking price, and 1 over the asking price. It took 8 days from accepting an offer to exchanging contracts, and we completed on the 15th December. We were so impressed that we recommended him to our Daughter and Son in Law (they are selling their property, and we are combining finances to buy together). Simon & Co again took brilliant photos, generated quality viewings, and found a buyer in a good position ready to proceed quickly. They have just exchanged yesterday, and are due to complete on the 15th of January! - Simon Spicer has proved to be invaluable in dealing with all the enquiries, attending all the viewings, and pushing the sale through to completion whilst dealing with all parties, and taking as much stress out of the situation as we could wish for. We would highly recommend Simon & Co to all of our friends, not only for the great service, but also the competitive fees he was able to offer!

GoogleHaving used estate agents a number of times I can honestly say I have never had a better experience and service than that offered by Simon at Simon & Co. He provided a totally honest assessment of our sale property - so didn't get sucked into a unrealistic valuation - with the detail and research to back this up. The photos taken to market the property were simply stunning and made such a difference....my wife and I had never seen our house look that good! When it came to attracting interest the whole process was managed without any issues. I was politely kept informed of viewings/offers throughout the sale period and Simon never missed a trick, managing to get a great price for our property. For the purchase he was always on hand to offer advice and guidance on what can sometimes be a minefield of legal jargon and paperwork so really put our minds at rest in what is a stressful time. Can't recommend Simon and the service he provides highly enough....professional, personal, knowledgeable and gets the job done with none of the usual waffle. He even returns calls...a particular estate agent gripe of mine!

GoogleSimon&Co provided us with a down-to-earth and pro-active service when selling our house. Simon was recommended to us, and is massively more knowledgeable and easier to deal with than other estate agents i’ve dealt with. He also presented our house online with impressive professional photos which I know makes a distinct difference in attracting buyers to view the house. The viewings were conducted in a matter of days, and resulted in a number of offers matching the expectations that Simon had set for us. Throughout the whole process Simon&Co have been on call, ready to offer advice, assisted us with filling in horrible forms, dealing with solicitors, surveyors and the rest, and simply making a quite daunting and potentially over-whelming experience not so. Simon also pointed us in the right direction of our new house - it just shows how well he knows the market and understands his clients. A true pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

GoogleI purchased my first property from Simon in May 2015. From the first viewing I was impressed with the service Simon and Co offered. The details gave an accurate view of the flat, there were no surprises, and there was absolutely no pressure. Simon was straightforward to deal with in negotiating a price and the offer was accepted quickly. Simon proved invaluable in protracted difficulties with my solicitor. His experience and clear-sightedness solved many issues swiftly and moved the deal towards completion, much faster than it would have been without his support. Nothing was too much trouble and his friendly and efficient service was much appreciated. I have no qualms about recommending Simon and Co's service to buyers or vendors.

On our first viewing he had all the information we required and was extremely knowledgeable about the flat and the building it was in. Simon is a really friendly, communicative guy so it was more like working with a friend than an estate agent! The house I was buying suffered from delays but Simon regularly kept me informed as to what the problems were and the likely timescales for resolution. If you want a sale/purchase to go well, use this guy!!!

He went out of his way to make sure everything ran smoothly even when it wasn’t really his job to do so. He was also always there when we needed him. Overall he made things run very well and if it wasn’t for him I’m sure things would have not have done so.

He gave us the supported we needed including good advise. Simons communication skills are second to none, he kept us in the loop throughout the sale. I could also contact Simon at any time which made it very easy and personal service. Id recommend Simon to anyone.
