AMAZING!!! The whole team just made it a walk in the park! As soon as it was on the market had a load of viewings, Our house had two offers put in on the first week! Luke and Jamie were outstanding managed to get us a full asking price offer within the first week of it being on the market! Everyone in the team was AMAZING! Having tried a number of different Estate Agents from the local area I can honestly say that Meyers have been in a different league to the others. Patience, assurance and perseverance are just a few of the excellent qualities the team at Meyers Moordown have in their armoury to sell your house. The communication at all times through key members of the team (Emily and Carrie especially) has been professional and above expectation. Emily’s continued efforts to engage with clients has been phenomenal, she excels in her field and we hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Carrie has gone above and beyond in her liaison with tricky solicitors (not ours) who have been obstructive and unhelpful throughout the process. We wanted to view a particular property with Meyers but couldn’t get access as the vendors were on holiday. However, Freya booked us in to view another property in the same area which was about to come to market. It wasn’t necessarily what we would have viewed ourselves but as we were already out with Freya that day on other viewings, it made sense to look. We are so glad she brought it to our attention as it totally shocked and surprised us and we put an offer in on it the same day. Freya was very impressive as an Agent and we couldn’t believe that she was relatively new to the profession. She impressed us with her care for the Vendors and for us as potential buyers and her enthusiasm for what she’s doing. Nothing was too much trouble and she was willing to stay late in order for us to follow up with a 2nd viewing the next day. She managed to negotiate a good deal for both parties and we are so excited for our future home. From this experience we would have no hesitancy in recommending Meyers as an Estate Agents.

My mum always used to say, “never trust an estate agent”, now I understand why! From start to finish we were told lie after lie and when we called Carrie White out for it she refused to give us any updates!! An extremely unpleasant and stressful process which was totally unnecessary and avoidable. Unprofessional and quite frankly disgraceful service from everyone from this particular office. I would certainly think twice if you are thinking of using this agent to either buy or sell your property.

Our experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing. After our application was accepted and the holding deposit paid, we were told we had to move in the day after the previous tenants moved out and accept the property in whatever condition it was left in. When we asked for the lease agreement so we could give proper notice to our current landlord, they falsely claimed they couldn’t issue it more than three weeks in advance but still advised us to give notice anyway. The following week, they changed the proposed move-in date to sometime in early January without giving a firm date and remained vague about the situation throughout. Two weeks passed with no contract and no confirmed move-in date, so we informed them we were keeping the application open but reserved the right to withdraw and receive a refund if needed. We also clarified that we would not accept the property in whatever condition it was left in. Despite these reasonable and entirely standard requests, the agency abruptly withdrew our application. Altogether, the process felt disorganised, misleading, and highly stressful. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

**OUTSTANDING** as a company these guys are beyond brilliant. Carrie White has been our agent throughout the sale of a difficult probate property. The service we have received has been nothing less than amazing. Whilst always remaining professional Carrie has also been personable and compassionate towards us and the circumstances.
