GoogleFrom start to finish this Estate Agent was the height of professionalism. The photographs of the property were excellent and the marketing was superb. No time was wasted in getting the property on the market and viewings through the door, resulting in several offers. Peter and Kat were always there for support and to answer any queries. Their expertise/knowledge of the whole process was faultless, just absolutely excellent. I have sold properties in the past but my experience has never been as smooth or professionally dealt with throughout as with Homer Estates. I will be using their services again and would have no hesitation in recommending this Estate Agent to all my friends and family. My sincere thanks to Peter and Kat for their tremendous hard work, and commitment to the sale of my property.

I’m currently renting a 2 bedroom bungalow from homer estates and I can honestly say it has been great. I met with michelle when the property became available and she quickly got everything sorted for me so I could move in within a couple of weeks. The whole process went very smoothly and the property is lovely. I tried renting from other estate agents but they refused to allow children to live in their properties but homer estates had no issue with it at all and for that I’m very thankful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent as I feel they go the extra mile for you. I also had a small problem with my boiler a few months after moving in and I called the office and spoke to Paige who quickly arranged for someone to come round and take a look for me, the issue got solved very quickly and ever since everything has be great. Highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs awful terrible company! We brought our first property 4 years ago and went to sell it last year. While in the process of selling the council informed us that the developers (Homer) hadn’t had all the work signed off with the council. Drainage system, acoustic sound test, building materials and many other issue were still outstanding. We got all the work and surveys done which cost us £2000 and Homer have refused to refund any money. The council confirmed they wrote to Homer on many occasions and informed them of the outstanding issues but never ever had a reply. I contacted Homer about all these issues and they fobbed me off and wasn’t interested in any way. Customer service we received from Michelle and Stewart was disgusting.
Dear Charlotte,We are disappointed to have seen your complaint on Trust Pilot, and that you felt so strongly regarding the issues you have raised.To clarify, you purchased the property from Homer and Pardy Developments Ltd, not Homer Estates. Homer Estates has never done any business with you, Homer Estates is a completely separate company to Homer and Pardy Developments Ltd.Any solicitor must act in the best interest of their client, regardless of whether they are buying or selling. This would include your solicitor whom you instructed for your purchase of the property. It seems odd that the second solicitor you used to sell the property suggested Homer and Pardy Developments Ltd had not adhered to the relevant sign offs, whereas your first solicitor did not raise any issues and was happy for your purchase to complete. This was the same case for the property next door to yours that was purchased at the same time, no issues were raised. Before Homer and Pardy Developments Ltd are able to sell a property, it has to be signed off by a third-party Building Control in order to obtain the 10-year building warranty, which has been supplied to the solicitors.In addition, your complaint would suggest that you are referring to both Michelle and Stewart Homer. Michelle Homer has never worked for Homer and Pardy Developments Ltd and has not dealt with any of the issues that you have raised.Homer and Pardy Developments Ltd did help you get your first home which was a very nice two-bedroom property.Thank you,Homer Estates
