Absolutely appalled by this company. Viewed a house with tenants in, find out they won’t leave. We walk away, a week later Fahrens called us to say tenants not a problem they’d gone do we want to offer. We made an offer which was accepted. A month later find out tenants still there but it’s ok they’re leaving in January. Tenants never left. They didn’t even have a tenancy agreement and hadn’t been served correct notice. £1000 in legal fees and 3 months gone. I know not all sales work BUT FAHRENs CALLED US. Thank goodness for solicitors

Our questions were always answered, the communication was straightforward and timely, all the checks were done in a very transparent way. (Also a bonus that the property is priced very fairly!) We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Great people great service

I have just sold my house via Nick and the team at Fahren and they did a great job. My house had been on with another agent for months with lots of promises but no results. Within days of giving my house to Nick is was up on the web and viewings started. A week later I was under offer for the asking price which was 5k higher than the other agent had been on for. Great fee great services and great results :)

Very positive experience on the whole, Julian is very pro active and helpful. Nick was very good during the viewings and didn't pressurise the prospective buyers. Only negative would be the initial valuation being 15k below the eventual selling price, however I decided to up the asking price and this was not met with resistance from Julian and there was no pressure to go ahead with the lower offer for a quick sale. As long as you are confident of what your property is worth and stay strong on the asking price, I would fully recommend Fahren to help you sell. Very reasonable fees compared to competitors.
