Working with Everett homes was a great experience from start to finish. My estate agent Nicola went above and beyond for not only the sale of my property but also to find my next for me to live in. Nicola on a regular basis was chasing solicitors to find how progress was going. Communication from not only her but also the rest of the team at Everetts was exceptional. Have been mislead and mispresented a property when buying. Valuation failed due to mispresentation, delay and constant lies by the agency. Costs me Broker, Valuation and Solicitor fees. Have proof of everything so I will be seeing them in Court. Photo proofs will follow : Update & Response to Everett Homes’ Comment: Your reply is inaccurate. The issue is simple: the property was marketed as a 1-bedroom flat, and when I specifically asked for confirmation, because the “bedroom” had no window, your office confirmed in writing that it was a one-bedroom apartment. The lender’s official valuation has classified it as a studio, which directly caused the mortgage to fail and resulted in financial loss. The Property Ombudsman has now been contacted, and I will be pursuing recovery of all losses through the appropriate legal channels. Further evidence will be provided to the relevant authorities.
