GoogleWas a letdown when a flat was given to someone else despite a very good debt free guarantor and a full time job was on the table , didn’t stand a chance .just disappointed and frustrated.
Your review doesn’t warrant a one star review especially in the current climate, as you will know or will find out, rental properties are in very high demand, it’s not our fault there is so much competition when applying for a property, the landlord will make the final decision once presented with all the applications and on this occasion they chose someone else, you will be frustrated, just like the other 6 or 7 people who didn’t secure the property, perhaps you should give the current climate a rating rather than a reliable and highly respected letting agent who does their job extremely well and keep everyone informed throughout the process.

GoogleI have been a tenant with this agency for a while after I had no choice having had my tenancy passed over to them and had nothing but problems, even now after moving out of their property 8 months ago. While living in the property, they gave less than 24 hours notice and then turned up and illegally let themselves in, with no authorisation from myself. After leaving the property, they tried telling me I had to give 2 months notice and demanded payment of 2 months rent, when my tenancy agreement clearly stated 1 month notice. After leaving it, the property was thoroughly cleaned (much cleaner than when we moved in) yet they wanted to charge us to get a cleaner in. Now, almost 8 months on they have decided to misinform the council that we now owe a further 3 weeks council tax, despite us moving out. It never ends with their mis-management of the property and we still can't get away from them! Steer well clear if you are a tenant!

GoogleI have just sold my house through Quinn and co completing next week. Having bought this same house from Quinn and Co 7 years ago they were so efficient and friendly at the time that I knew I would 100% want them to resale my house when it came to the time. True to form they have not disappointed, if anything the service was even better. Jon and Jim have always been professional and friendly with a personal touch throughout with great communication, I have been recommending them for the last 7 years and will continue to do so. They are not your average estate agent and totally changed my general opinion of estate agents. For quality service and no nonsense then look no further.

GoogleI have been a landlord for over 20 years and have used many different agents in the past but none of these previous agencies have met the standards that I excepted. However,since using Quinn and Company I have been most impressed with the effort they put in into looking after my property. They are a busy agent but always manage to find the time to keep me updated and their choice and supervision of tenants have been excellent. I highly recommend this agency.

GoogleQuinn & Co is by far the best estate agents I have experienced to date. I have brought my property from them and thy decided to rent it out through their letting department and the service I have received form both throughout my team has been exquisite and I have thoroughly appreciated all that they have given me. The management I the property is excellent and gets done to a very high standard and if any problems arise it is dealt with immediately. I will definitely continue using Quinn & Co!

Thank you for your review: Will you please confirm you are one of the group of students who rented the house on Methuen Road, which was professionally cleaned when you moved in, but left it in such a filthy state that it required a thorough clean, when you moved out, and then complained that you were charged for this?

GoogleWhen looking to increase my BTL portfolio after speaking with several agents around the Bournemouth and Poole areas I found Quinn & Co refreshingly knowledgeable therefore commissioned them to locate a few suitable properties. There services far exceeded my expectations as such I've since added 9 more in the last 12 months in addition to handing them my entire property management which has restored my sleep pattern. GoogleI needed to rent a flat for couple of months in Bournemouth on a short notice. Quinn & Co managed to find me nice place at a reasonable cost within a week and dealt with all the paperwork as quickly as possible. When I was moving out they did inventory on the prearranged day and my deposit returned within a week. Very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended!

GoogleWe couldn't be more impressed with Quinn & Co. They gave good sound selling advice. Friendly service with excellent communication and they found us a buyer within 10 days of our property going on the market. I can't put into words just how Impressed we have been with Quinn & Co and all of it's staff.
