GooglePete and the team have looked after my property in Poole for over 4 years and I am very pleased with the level of service I've received. Pete has advised me very well on when to raise the rent and any repairs, etc, have been reported quickly and competitive quotes sourced. Little touches like a card at Christmas also make me feel like a valued customer!

They managed to successfully re-let our property within a short time frame and minimised the void time to just 2 months. In the process they found a good tenant and achieved a good rent. GoogleTheir delapadated offices in Poole tell you everything you need to know about their business. Very poor state of repair, cold and damp. I was treated with total contemp, and was eithered bullied or ignored.NegativeProfessionalism
Hi David, we must admit that we were very surprised by your review after you vacated the offices several years ago. Your lease provided as to the condition you were to leave the offices in when you vacated, which; as I recall, you complied with. We are sorry if you felt bullied into this. We were merely ensuring compliance of the lease covenants.

TrustpilotTook over 8 months to stop homeless breaking in.
Took over 8 months to replace my buildings front door to stop homeless/ drug addicts breaking in and injecting/sleeping in the hallways. Fake promises of "2 months" and "3 weeks" deadlines. Staff change all the time so hard to ensure complaints are followed up!
