GoogleI’m afraid my experience of this agent is in contrast to the other reviews. Firstly his system was down when I went to view a property that I am really interested so the only way to contact him was via sms. I then sent him an sms message on 19 Jan to ask for an email so I could communicate that way, I knew he got it because I was concerned property not in rightmove - property suddenly appeared on rightmove due to me prompting; but no response. I raised legitimate concerns about garden and plan not matching, plus dog soiling…I have also called to chase up and no reply. Estate agents by law are supposed to be unbiased…this one doesn’t appear so. I have a disability too…is this discrimination?

FacebookIf I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would. Utterly disgraceful, and thoroughly unprofessional, company that had absolutely no intention of doing their jobs - which caused my mother to lose out on a place she had set her heart on renting. Even the landlord who Lovett were representing got fed up and walked away.
Three months we were left waiting with no contact from Lovett that wasn't forced by us, constantly having to chase them up at every opportunity. The agent in charge of our case had us jumping through more hoops than a circus animal, a laundry list of checks and certifications (you'd think we were trying to buy a £650k flat rather than trying to rent a studio apartment) yet she didn't even have the common courtesy to keep us informed as to the progress of the application. She neglected to keep the landlord informed of the application as well, yet even told my mother that everything was fine now and that she should hand her notice in at her current landlord.
We have since learned that the agent in charge is no longer working for the company, and I cannot help but hope she was fired for incompetence. Sadly it seems that's a trait that governs the business overall, as well as an overwhelming bad attitude, as trying to chase this up was met with aloof and condescending replies from the lettings manager who then emailed back to say no properties were available for housing benefit --- despite my mother, repeatedly, stating that she works and pays rent in cash.
Disgraceful company that wasted several months of our lives and have left my mother completely in the lurch, having to quickly scramble to find somewhere to live after being told by the letting agent to hand in her tenancy notice.

FacebookAfter 8yrs renting my flat with a friendly and efficient Lettings agent my landlord unfortunately chose to let these people take it over. They immediately demanded that I prove I have the right to rent a flat that I have been renting for 8yrs and when I explained that I work 6 days a week their response was “ it’s a legal requirement “ so they expect to just sit in their office sending out demands and expect their tenants to lose money on work and petrol just to show your entitled to carry on renting a flat just because they have taken over. Time to start looking elsewhere as with these people as the letting agents I do not see a happy future. Landlords please avoid losing tenants by trusting these people with your properties, they will lose you tenants very quickly
