After a previously bad experience with an estate agent, we were nervous selling our first home, but Frost & Co put us at ease and helped us throughout the entire process. Darrell, Harry & Giles were particularly brilliant and without their progress department (Giles), we wouldn't have moved within our tight timeframes. Frost and Co in Poole were amazing throughout our recent house sale. I had met Alex when they sold my mothers property a few years previously , so was happy to use them again as they had been so good first time . Unfortunately this time we encountered a very unpleasant potential buyer who attempted to “ gazunder” us at the point of exchange. Chris Frost supported us and they found us another buyer immediately who , thankfully proceeded uneventfully to completion. We were regularly kept informed and supported through a very emotional journey caused by that one very unpleasant person. I would wholeheartedly recommend Frost and Co in Poole to anyone looking to sell their property.

Our house hunting search began in the summer of 2023, and at the time we were living outside of Dorset and making the trip to Poole almost every weekend to view houses. Sometimes viewings had to be arranged/re-arranged on short notice and naturally it wasn’t always possible to do this with many estate agents, but there was always someone available at Frost and Co., either to speak to or meet, even on Sundays. We were immediately impressed by the workman-like and professionalism of the team and knowing that if we ever needed to speak to someone or stop by the office there would always be someone available. During and before the conveyancing process the team were quick at providing answers/feedback to our many questions and this helped speed things up and support a quick closing. Having dealt with quite a few estate agents over the years i have at last found one that is proffessional, and commited to helping their customer. Living the other end of the country to the house being sold I thought it would cause difficulties, but nothing was too much trouble, they dealt with any issues that arose. We spent a long time deciding who we were going to sell with, and after being thoroughly underwhelmed with some of the other companies in the area, we’re so glad we decided to go with Frost & Co. Their professional, efficient and kind approach made the entire process as hassle free as possible, right from the start. Darrel & Alex knew exactly how to market our property and within a week of being on the market we had a buyer for over the asking price. Then Giles, their excellent sales progressor, pulled out all the stops to make sure our sale went smoothly as we ended up in a large chain. What sets them out from other agents is that they genuinely care that their customers, both buyers and sellers, are getting a good deal, unlike the majority of the other agents we looked at, who only seem to care about the sellers.
