So impressed with how personable they are and the quality of service - from initial viewing to completion. We will definitely go straight to Bullock and Lees if/when we move house in the future.

GoogleI was looking for a property to rent with my partner. Bullock and lees contacted us very quickly and said they had a property that hadn't been listed or advertised yet so offered for us to take a look around and see what we thought as the first people. We viewed the property and knew pretty quickly that we would look at moving to this location. From start to finish the process was very easy and within two weeks we moved into our new property. If you are looking for friendly staff and an easy moving process use bullock and lees they are great.

GoogleMatthew, Josh offer a property service that is so very hard to find anywhere else these days. They are at the top of their profession where problems and questions seemed to be anticipated in advance. They took all the issues I had in their stride, which made the whole sales process easy and uncomplicated. I experienced excellent service at a very reasonable cost, and Bullock and Lees is the estate agents I will use again if and when required. I thoroughly recommend them, well done to all the team.

GoogleWhen I attempted to sell my rental property in Boscombe and after an horrific experience lasting many months with one of the 'chain' Estate Agents in Boscombe, (I wont name them here, but let's just say it rhymes with Harm or Hell!), I decided to give Bullock and Lees a call. What a brilliant decision that was! Matthew Charlesworth immediately took the baton and within a couple of weeks had found a buyer. The process from that moment on was as smooth as could be. Matthew regularly gave me updates and always took my calls and responded very quickly to any emails. I would definitely recommend Bullock and Lees who are a credit to their industry.

GoogleTrying to relocate to Bournemouth area and willingness to try and book in a viewing for properties is being left very last minute with next to no consideration for travel times during a time with train strikes. I simply want to book a viewing in advance for the following week but am being told to call on Monday for a viewing the next day providing me no opportunity to make travel arrangements and I was told 'Because it is Christmas time'. When trying to ask for a viewing for next week just got a repeat of the same reasoning and I said simply not to worry about it and got hung up on. Disappointing. I just want to view properties and book in a viewing with enough time to actually plan my travel around current train strikes. I was being advised to leave it until the new year but I need to move out of my current place in the new year. Feels like the agent was reluctant to help and is concerned only about leaving for Christmas Holiday.

GoogleI have had a superb service from Bullock and Lees estate agency. All the members of staff were super friendly and efficient. My personal agent was Josh as he was totally amenable, extremely proficient and he kept me informed throughout the whole process of my purchase of the property they were selling. Josh, as with the other members of the agency have a natural way about them, they made it easy and comfortable to go through such a normally stressful process with compassion and efficiency. What is a normally drawn out and laborious process was manoeuvred really well and because of their diligent action and persistent undertakings all parties were kept moving along and focused to make my goal of completion date a reality. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer and highly recommend this family firm.

GoogleFirst night in our new house and we could not be happier! If there was an option for thousand stars I would give it to these guys. We been messed about by other agent and had to pull out half way through the process and thought that won’t find another house by the arrival of our twin babies. Because of Bullock and Lees we are in even better house than the original one and plenty of time before due date. Buying a house can be very stressful experience, but not when you dealing with agents like that! Thank you guys!
