Austin Wyatt Winchester came round my property without asking and let themselves in. When’inspecting’ they take many photos and videos of my possessions, excessive, like 20 pictures per room. 2 x 2h viewings conducted whilst I was living there. Confirmed by Josh, the ‘manager’ my house was ‘as it was 12m ago’ then claim for a load of lies. The manager broke data protection by discussing the previous Tennant with me as there was a dispute, funnily enough. Renting is bad enough, if you have to do it avoid these lot.

Avoid at all costs. We had the misfortune of having to work with Tony. I recommend recording all calls and getting everything in writing. He was indiscrete about owners which made us feel very uncomfortable. He made it seem as though we had to use their conveyancing and solicitors, insisting we come to their offices to sign up. There were so many inconsistencies in everything he said that we felt lied to. He gave the sellers incorrect information, claimed we had agreed exchange dates when we hadn't and made the process exhausting, unhappy and prolonged. If you can, go elsewhere or request someone different.

We rented with Austin&Wyatt Bournemouth, great at first couldnt do more for us. However over months our home became covered in mould and damp. No fault of ours! Bit Austin&Wyatt and countrywide and our landlord didnt want to know. We in the end had to go to the council, in return we had a load of abuse from our landlord and our 4 year old was scared to be at home and never wanted to go home. What made it even worse is we had to get rid of a lot of our belongings when we moved due to the mould that had got to it. We have now had to start again. Honestly the worst experience of my life. And with my child and trying to keep them healthy too. Oh and the 1 star id actually give it 0!

A really positive experience with Austin & Wyatt, we have bought our dream house through them! They were responsive to our queries, co-ordinated a clean at the property as well as tradesmen so they could quote on potential work. A small hiccup on the second viewing was quickly rectified. They were a genuine pleasure to engage with, Dawn especially is a credit to their branch office ably supported by her manager Tom. Plus thanks goes to John for arranging the clean!

Nicholas and the team in Lower Parkstone provided me with excellent service. I have bought many properties over the years, have dealt with many agents over this time, and know and appreciate when someone is good at their job. I first started to deal with Lewis at Austin Wyatt at their branch on the Ashley Road, Poole. Lewis was very attentive and was hands on once we started to negotiate. Steve, the branch manager and senior negotiator at Austin Wyatt always returned my calls was happy to show us the house again during the negotiations, he highly recommended his mortgage advisor, which we took up the offer. Mark their Mortgage advisor arranged everything in a highly professional manner. All in all, I cannot fault them all for the service we received and offer them a big thank you for their time and help.

Although this property wasn't for us, I wouldn't hesitate to view more properties with Austin & Wyatt. Worst estate agents we came across. Lied to us and conned us out of money and we had to pull out of a sale. Told us they would only accept our offer if we used their conveyancing services and mortgage advisor service which I now know is illegal. Preyed on us as first time buyers. Had the chance to put things right when we made a complaint and they never did. If you choose to buy through them get everything in writing as they'll deny things at a later point. Avoid!!!!

Extremely rude and condescending staff and offered very little in the way of an apology when raised with manager. Male staff clearly think women are beneath them. Told I MUST speak to their mortgage brokers if I wish to place an offer - which is entirely untrue and hard sales. Avoid this company when buying or selling.
