GoogleI’m in the process of purchasing a house in Corby Glen, the house looked immaculate and well built. I was told that the purchase process was very simple and quick, this greatly impacted my decision in moving forwards. I started the process in December 2025, being told to expect completion by end of January/mid February 2026. However, it’s now April with still no confirmed completion date. My solicitor has told me the developers have taken nearly 2 months to answer all the enquiries and that there are still a couple outstanding. The girls at the sales office and at home reach progression have been quick to answer and been helpful but the developers side seems to be absolutely terrible.
