GoogleI viewed a property that Sue Sadler at Fine & Country was marketing and made an offer. After a bit of negotiation the vendor, on advice from Sue accepted my offer. I had sold and was on a very tight timeline leading up to Christmas. The Vendor was in negotiations with Sue on her new property. Solicitors, search companies and council office workers were all working from home because of Covid. In my solicitors words “I was being very ambitious” but with sue’s professionalism, who was always on hand to chase, push and calm me down when I was getting anxious, we did it. It is not often I have had the pleasure of dealing with such a professional person in any business I have been associated with. From the photography and video footage to the viewings and sale negotiations, the F&C team were all extremely professional, courteous, diligent and dedicated in their dealings with me and prospective buyers. I am obviously delighted with the outcome, but know it would not have been possible without all their hard work and perseverance. I am most grateful to Sue in particular for making what is an emotional and at times very trying and tiring process so easy and manageable.

Our property was a Grade II* listed apartment within communal grounds, and they matched the potential buyers to our property / environment really well. They went above and beyond to understand the building itself and the community, which meant they were able to better inform potential buyers. A particular mention goes to Sophie Clesham who was so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable, when showing prospective buyers around. The negotiations were fair and reasonable too. They have been a conduit between us and our Vendors, introducing us at the right time & have assisted in easing problems the Vendors had with their solicitors. GoogleWe purchased a house which through fine and country this summer. The whole team were absolutely lovely, happy to answer any questions and were flexible with our viewing times. Whatsmore they also left a lovely bottle of Champagne when we moved in. Would definitely recommend.
