I can highly recommend Robertsons. Our house move was a bit of a rocky ride with a few false starts and a record breakingly long chain, but Jacqui was so "on it". In the final weeks when everything seemed so far from coming together, she was really communicative, worked really hard in pulling all the information together and "herding the kittens" to try and get everyone aligned so we could exchange. Jacqui made what was a really stressful time a lot easier as we did laugh our way through the process. It was great to have a friendly voice a phonecall away. In the end, we exchanged at 4.30pm on the Friday and the movers arrived at 8am on the following Monday, so it was really down to the wire - and I really don't think it would've crossed the line without Jacqui, Simon and Meg being so involved and getting it over the line.

We would whole heartedly and with full confidence recommend James Donald from Robertsons to anyone considering selling their home. James has always been the consummate professional and is very personable and friendly. From the outset James gave us advice, as it was a long time since we had moved but was never pushy. He gave us great confidence that he knew the local market and village well and the marketing of our home was superb. James is an excellent communicator and worked tirelessly often late giving us information on and feedback from viewings. James did all the viewings and worked hard at all times. We had a lot of interest very quickly due to his diligence and he was always on hand by phone and email with advice and expertise. He was always responsive to any questions we had. James did not stop once the offer was accepted but kept the sale progressing at all times. When our first sale fell through he was quickly to the rescue and sold our house again very quickly despite the changing market. He was on hand through exchange and completion ensuring everyone was progressing things as quickly as possible including liaising with solicitors . James has kept in touch since we moved and we could not recommend him highly enough for all he has done. Thank you James.

They handled my sale very professionally and in what is normally a stressful experience for a seller and provided great support in constantly providing feedback on viewings and other advice as the sales progressed. When it came down to the closing stages they were extremely proactive in interacting with the other agent and all parties solicitors in keeping things moving. All the staff were so professional and very friendly and helped to guide me through everything. I would strongly recommend Robertson's to anyone looking to sell, and even to those wishing to buy a property. 10 out of 10!

Andrea originally showed us round the property and was so accommodating in timings and also arranging a 2nd viewing. We had a very unpleasant experience with another local selling agent which lead us to pull out of a purchase - which understandably left us very nervous and out of pocket - Steve was very understanding of our situation and was so kind in helping us through what can be such a stressful time. He has been so friendly and transparent the whole way through and I couldn't have asked for more. I sold my house through Robertsons and can highly recommend them. David who is in charge of Maidenhead and surroundings went above and beyond to sell our house and his communication is excellent (for both buyers and sellers). Furthermore, Robertsons ask you to fill in "frequently asked questions", to make sure they can already answers any questions a potential buyer might have when viewing your property (e.g age of boiler/extension, latest renovation, warranties etc...) James is exceptional in the service he provides. He goes above and beyond in everything he does from selling our property on the very first day of viewings to liaising with all parties throughout the whole process. He even helped with our onward purchase too, helping us to secure our dream home. James not only provides a first-class service but the broker and solicitor he recommended were also outstanding. James was the one that stepped up and co-ordinated everything across the whole chain to ensure that we exchanged contracts (very little input from the other estate agents). I cannot recommend James Donald from Robertson’s highly enough. He is very professional, prompt, super helpful and approachable. He really cares about the whole process and people involved. He is quick to answer any questions or queries. Unfortunately for us we didn’t use Robertson’s (which in hindsight was a big mistake). James stepped in and helped us when things were going from bad to worse and we had issues at the bottom of the chain. He was the estate agent that our buyers used. We had his contact details due to him coming over to ours for an initial valuation. He didn’t have to answer our questions and queries, but he did. He ended up coordinating everything across the whole chain to ensure that we got to exchange contracts (which was very touch and go for various reasons). It shows such integrity and passion for what he does. We honestly cannot thank him enough for all his hard work. Definitely one of kind.

We used James to sell our house after previously being on with a different agent. Our first experience had made us very sceptical about the whole process of selling and buying a house. Thank goodness James was recommended by a number of friends. What a difference a great attitude, incredible knowledge of the housing market and enthusiasm made. The whole process just became easy!
