Ellie Jacques in particular was professional, friendly, understood our needs and went above and beyond throughout the entire conveyancing journey through to completion. GoogleIf I could give 0 stars, I would! Trying to buy a property, paid for searches etc.... and Bruce Mather told the seller to put the house back on the market (at a higher price than we were paying.) The next day it was sold to someone else. We are now out of pocket because of what feels like, dodgy, underhanded behavour of both Bruce Mather and the client. We have 4 children, who have been very upset through the loss of the family home that we were so desperate to move into. I will avoid any house being sold by Bruce Mather!!! *** In response, no deadlines were given to us. My husband NEVER said that putting the house on the market was fine. Having spoken to you the previous friday before you sold it on the Wednesday, you said the sale would be fine due to the current circumstances (global pandemic.) You put it on the market on Tuesday because you were unable to contact me. That was the only day I hadn't been able to answer the phone and had always spoken to you previously. The one day I hadn't answered you never even attempted to contact my husband even though you did have his number. After being told on the wednesday morning that everything was ok and the house would be taken back off the market, we had a call the same day saying that you sold it to someone else. Other estate agents that we have spoken with have been shocked by the behaviour and baffled as to why Bruce Mather would encourage this.NegativeProfessionalism
Dear Mrs Hammond, We are sorry and taken aback to read your review. As you are aware, some 15 weeks into the transaction, essential documentation was still outstanding. Such documents were being chased by ourselves and two other organisations to help move the transaction forward for you and our client. Deadline after deadline put forward to our client were missed and after almost four months of putting the property aside for you, with no hope on the horizon, our client instructed us to re-market. Your husband spoke to one of the ladies in our Sales Team at this time, stating it was fine. We are sorry you feel upset, but hope you understand the client’s disappointment.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service from Guy and all the team at Bruce Mather Boston. And we have had experience with many different estate agents unfortunately. Bruce Mather Boston are in a league of their own. From start to finish, they were proactive, and got our house sold within a matter of weeks, we had 4-5 viewings over one day resulting with 3 offers on the table. Unfortunately our sale fell through as the buyer pulled out (On a Thursday evening) but by Monday following we had two more offers at the asking price and above. I would therefore highly recommend Guy and the team at Bruce Mather Boston.

GoogleApologies for the late review due to holidays and moving.We Cannot fault the staff at Bruce Mather lettings, Claire, Will and Lindsey they helped us sort out all the paperwork as we were living down in Kent at the time. They were all very patient, knowledgeable and explained everything in a pleasant and respectful manner and kept us updated on any changes, they are all a credit to Bruce Mather and cannot recommend them enough for their assistance in finding our new home to rent.
