Lesley was the estate agent who sold us our current house. She was a pleasure to deal with. She was always extremely responsive to communication (whether by email or telephone). She went out of her way to ensure the process went smoothly and also supported our solicitor when he was not receiving communication from the sellers solicitor. Lesley is an excellent agent with significant knowledge of the property market. We turned to her after a previous house sale fell through. Using Lesley the second time round was a revelation. She made the entire process seamless: from helping find properties to advice on renovations required, negotiations with sellers' agents, finding surveyors and builders to quote for renovation costs. And with her help, we completed the house purchase in three months with a significant reduction on the market price. We also found that during viewings, estate agents took us more seriously - we had no cancelled viewings and received honest replies to our questions.
