Even though we moved a few weeks ago and the stress of doing so is now fading, we do recall that the staff looked after our worries and concerns. Being able to speak to someone on the phone, email and best of all pop in and speak personally to someone makes such a difference. There is no way we would ever consider using an online only estate agent or conveyancing firm; knowing who you are speaking to and with them knowing us they have been up to date and are aware of what is happening. Every time we called in we were always greeted politely and made to feel welcome. We were listened to and treated with respect and made numerous phone calls on our behalf. We are so grateful that we have moved house; thank you to Jonathan and all the staff.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Kings Borough Green branch having sold a house through them. I chose Kings after seeing six estate agents. I dealt with Jonathan, the branch manager, and Mark. I can't emphasise enough what a real pleasure it was to deal with them. They are very professional, trustworthy, and human. Jonathan takes the photos himself and he did a really good job of this. They were happy to make changes to the agency agreement and negotiate the terms - unlike some other agents. They successfully sold the house within the expected timeframe for a reasonable price in a difficult market. Some of the estate agents I talked to before engaging Kings were the type that give the profession a bad name. Mark and Jonathan at Kings are the exact opposite. If you choose Kings Borough Green to sell your house, in my opinion, you will not regret it.

Cant thank the team - Stuart, Lou, Louise, Karen, David, Stuart and anyone I've left off- enough. The completion took place in under two months , and the sale in one day , largely to the quality of the brochure. This is a small team of dedicated people who know their stuff and want wants best for you, rather than just interested in what you can do for them. They were the cheapest too. Great value for money on lettings management & quick sale! Kings managed two of my rental properties over several years, it was incredibly smooth and great value for money. They always provided competitive quotes in a timely manner and got work done very quickly with great communication throughout. The team are professional, competent and very friendly. I used an online estate agent to sell two properties in Wrotham Heath, i wont mention there name but they did very little, a complete waste of time and money. Jonathan from Kings contacted me from the beginning he was very professional, new the market in the area extremely well, his advise was spot on. Very poor experience, I was very eager to view a property - after dealing with one of the agents and showing huge interested in the property we were advised to view the house “as a couple” rather than myself the purchaser almost a week later. Kings were fully aware we were ready and able to view the property ASAP and put and offer in. without further discussion the property was sold under our noses with someone viewing 3 days later. Kings had bad communication in such they didn’t let us know an offer had been made orthat anyone else was viewing the property or even the client know that we were ready and able to make and offer. The client kindly aloud us to come and have a look after she had agreed a sale and her heart went with the original offer agreement, even though we had made an offer . ( can’t blame her , really nice lady). Bad management skills from kings would definitely not recommend,m and won’t be using them anymore.
