GoogleThey refused us to rent a property cos of partner's unfair ccj. Fair play by Peter who returned the deposit,a good man. The reason for 3 stars is another boss Paul made the decision not to let us when the landlord was happy for us to move in. Otherwise, why Kelly would ring us to arrange to pop in to office to pay the rest of deposit and monthly rent. The next day this pathetic man makes decision on behalf of landlord.

Thank you for your review. Please be advised that based upon the references we obtained from you the landlord made a decision not to let you move in. It is not our decision to make. The reason he refused you as tenants was that you had massive monies owing to a previous landlord. Your wife had a CCJ against her name. This did not sit comfortable with the landlord. For any future landlords this is a prime example of how we thoroughly check tenants

GoogleWe have worked with Barons for nearly 2 years and it has been very positive.
No problem is too big and they are always very quick to react in any situation whether it is a faulty washing machine to looking for a new tenant. They make everything go so smoothly and never seem like anything is a bother.
We work mostly with Kate who always goes above and beyond for us - collecting post and checking in over weekends if there was a problem and we can tell she works closely with our tenants also.
