Kevin and his team have managed our house in Bordon for the past 14 years. Throughout that time, they have always been highly professional and excellent at communicating, especially when it came to resolving any issues or arranging repairs and replacements. Having Kingswood manage our property has been a great relief, they’ve consistently provided a reliable service and excellent value for money. Earlier this year, we decided to sell the property and entrusted Kevin to handle the process. Once again, the service was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kingswood to anyone looking for trustworthy property management or sales services.

I don't know how they ever actually manage to sell houses as I've been trying to book a viewing for a property for 10 days unsuccessfully. Sent an online initial enquiry through Rightmove then a follow up one directly through their website, both of which are still unanswered. Made two follow up calls to their office about 5 days apart and both times got through to someone who "doesn't do sales" but that they'd take a message and get the correct person to call me back. Still waiting for that call. Frustrating as we really did want to view the property as we liked the look of it but given how difficult it's been to arrange the viewing we're giving up and will probably avoid viewing other properties listed with this agency.

When renting, you want to know your with a great agent who will go above and beyond. The day I moved in, I discovered somebody had turned off the water supply to the property, due to the cold weather. I hadn't a clue where the supply tap was. Within an hour and despite it being his day off (!!!), Kevin was around and knew exactly where the water supply tap was for the property! Absolutely brilliant service!

Would I vote for Kevin to rule the entire planet? Yes. Kevin was the most wonderful, brilliant, unyielding superhero of our house purchase. Under a lesser agent, the purchase would've fallen through a thousand times over. Kevin answered a million phone calls, made a million more, spoke to neighbours, let in tradesmen, signed documents, chased every party and knew every detail - and all with a smile on his face. Kevin was pro-active in every sense - he chased people before they were delayed, foresaw problems before they became problems and pre-empted our concerns. An outstanding professional service. There are so many options now to sell your home but using Kingswood and Kevin proved to be a complete success. Within a week of the initial phone call our property had been valued, photographed and filmed. We then went on holiday to Italy leaving everything in the very capable hands of Kevin. Within 4 days of going on the market we negotiated and agreed the sale whilst relaxing in the Italian sunshine on a Saturday morning. Throughout the process Kevin has been the ultimate professional. We developed an excellent relationship and had complete confidence and trust as the sale progressed. The photography and video of our property is by far the very best we have seen as we have been searching for our next home in South Wales. Kevin at Kingswood was incredibly helpful from point of offer through to exchange and completion. Nothing was too much trouble. He frequently offered great advice and helped problem solve when issues arose with other personnel along the chain (from solicitors to other estate agents). He went over and above to ensure that everything stayed on track. And he offered really helpful advice on what to expect, as well as handy hints. We honestly don't know how we would have got it all through without him. It was incredibly reassuring to have his support. He was never out of reach. This transaction took a very long time to complete. Kevin at Kingswood went above and beyond in a) finding a new purchaser (at a marginally higher price) when after 6 months the original purchaser failed to come up with a mortgage and b) pushing the second buyer's agent to move the transaction forward when his solicitor proved almost impossible for either our solicitor or agent to contact or communicate with. He was always proactive in responding to my emails and calls. If I didn't get a fairly prompt response, I could rely on the fact that he would be finding out the information needed to reply.

Lettings team are shocking at customer service! Poor communications, waiting weeks for responses, no check out report, having to chase them, waiting for responses about return of deposit and being completely ignored. Go for it if you want to be completely left in the dark!
