This has been my first experience purchasing a house, and Redman have been brilliant! We met Janet when first veiwing the home which we fell in love with and she was fantastic! After putting in our offer we started to deal with Dan who took us through the process. He was friendly and informative throughout the process and ultimately we got the house of our dreams!! The whole team have been very friendly when we needed to call and Dan has been very hands on making sure we were taken care of! When we wanted another veiwing prior to moving to start planning the space they were more than happy to accomdate! We finally completed today and the whole process was so easy and stress free, and when we picked up the keys they seemed genuinely as excited for us as we were! Would highly recommend!

Thanks to Janet and the Team, I have bought my dream home. After months of relentless search, tens of viewings, several rejected offers, I felt deflated and almost cancelled the viewing at short notice anticipating that I was going to waste my time again... but I decided to go, thankfully! Myself and my husband put an offer in on a property and the offer was accepted this was end of November 2020. The sale of the property due to various reasons was held up. Little did we know this property was kept on the market and 2 weeks before completion we was gazumped- as far as we knew we was the only bid on the property. There was no indication of any other interest from other buyers until last minute we found this very unprofessional as when a sale is going through it is usually (sold subject to contact) HOWEVER we are so glad we didn’t get this property as a property for much more money and potential became available and we managed to complete within 3 months. Couldn’t possibly say how bad our experience was with Redman and Casey they don’t care until they get the sale. They honestly made us feel like we was important and they cared about who sold/bought the property they was selling when really all they care about is their commission. “Quick sale over quality sale” should be their Moto.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
