FacebookPaid £3500.00 for 6 months rent !! Living room and bedroom damp !! Was left with no hot water or heating all over Christmas!! Leaking gutter at front of the house !! 6 weeks before I was due too move out they decided to plaster the living room !! Never went in living room as it was so damp !! Got no help whatsoever !! Didn’t even give me a months rent back due too the inconvenience!! Made me ill !! Would not recommend them at all !! Quick enough to take my money !!!

On moving out I have received grace: a curtain has shrunk a little bit after washing but it was not a big issue. A few days ago my full bond amount has been sent back to my bank account.

GoogleChris and his team Jade and Elaine have been absolutely fantastic. They have been the most professional estate agents I have EVER come across (rented a lot in the past. They are easily contactable and have always addressed any issue I have had, promptly and efficiently. They made the whole process of moving easy and were very helpful! They are also extremely friendly and the check out process was smooth and they were very fair. GoogleI rented a property with them for six months (the minimum length for the lease) and it was a nightmare. Firstly after paying the security deposit only to be told that an engineer needed to come and fix things in the apartment. Lord knows what the engineer fixed cause when I moved into the property there was no heating in both bedrooms. I was told the apartment had under floor heating (only to find out that did not include the bedrooms) I was in the apartment for 4 weeks sleeping in a freezing cold room until I sent a very angry email. The landlord sent some ridiculously cheap portable convector heaters. The counter in the kitchen was broken, could not put any weight on it ( how you don’t notice something like that I don’t know) had to contact them to get it fixed. The big bedroom had mould on the windows. I could go on about everything that was wrong with the apartment. On my checkout day Chris actually turned to me and said ‘why didn’t you tell us you were looking for another property, we could have found you something else’ I said nothing while thinking after my experience with them I would not trust Chris balls estate agents as far as I could throw them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

GoogleCalled to arrange a viewing of a flat but had to call several times before I could get a time and date. They called the day of the viewing to rearrange for another day but when I arrived at the rescheduled time no one from Chris Ball was there. The flat was behind a code access gate and the office phones were not being answered. I waited 20 minutes and left.
I certainly wouldn't try to view another property through Chris Ball.

They need to remember if it wasn't for buyers they wouldn't be in their jobs!! I wouldn't recommend this estate agents purely for the lack of customer service and communication
