Bought a house from Ashberry / Bellway a year ago, the average time to deal with a snagging issue is about 8 weeks, Pauline in customer service doesn't care and neither do the senior managers. Upkeep of the area whilst building is going on is poor, gardening not done, weeds not removed, roads not cleaned etc. We live in a lovely area and wouldn't move but this is down to the neighbours not the builders.

He provided information about customisation from the outset which has been helpful in giving us time to plan and fund extras we might want to make our new home more bespoke. He is also available to answer any questions we may have. Communication with office is good so far. Early days but so far so good.

Great help from Lisa our sales advisor who gave some great advice, making things clearer with no pressure placed on the sale. Some good incentives helped us with our final decision. Would be 5star if the price on our sales sheet had not gone up by £3000 when we returned to place our deposit a week later. Shame the price on our sales sheet could not be honoured.
