Alex and the team did an amazing job. Despite the unprecedented situation, they were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient. They made the sale a very smooth process, took care of everything that needed doing and were always there and ready to help if I had question or a problem seemed about to loom over the horizon. Cannot recommend highly enough - don't bother wasting your time with any other agent. Seriously. I'd had my property on with another agent (with a chain of 'branches') who after 5 months failed to secure any interest whatsoever, not even one viewing so I turned to Alexandra West and her team. From my very first meeting with Alex who said to me 'Right, let's get you moving', that's exactly what they did and in 3 months Alex and her team secured my sale. From the start, Alex was professional, proactive, her attention to detail superb and her standards are high. From the professional photographs and advice to showcase your home to its very best, Alex drives a fantastic team who cannot do enough to help. A very driven lady who gets results but with a wonderful personal touch. Communication is key when selling your property and I was kept updated regularly, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, Tanya, Sheryl, Elizabeth and Laurie showed commitment, understanding (when on one occasion I was a tad stressed and Laurie happened to pick up the phone!). A fantastic team of people who will get the job done. The proof is in their results. I again cannot recommend Alexandra West Estate Agents highly enough. Absolute 5 star service and performance from Alex and the team. From the moment they turn up to take photos you realise they are something different from other Estate Agents, the photos were so professional you actually think ‘is that really my house?’ ...... the service all through viewings and the sale was fantastic and the whole team gets involved and supports you and the buyers all the way through to completion. The fee is a little higher than most but I certainly got value for money and the best price for my house. Faultless throughout.

We sold our first house with Alexandra West in December 2019 and we cannot recommend this team highly enough. From our initial phone call and valuation to the completion date everyone at Alexandra West worked really hard for us and made a daunting first time sale a positive and happy sale. We did review several estate agents before choosing Alexandra West and found that non came close. We were given excellent advice throughout the whole process. The pictures, advert (on Right Move) viewings all exceeded our expectations and ultimately achieved us a brilliant price for our house. You will not go wrong with this company and they work hard on your behalf. At times me and my wife had lots of questions. It’s a massive thing selling a house and everyone here acted professional, calm and understanding at each step of the way. Their advice is second to none and no question will go unanswered. I have been so very much impressed with Alexander West Agents. I doubt if my house purchase would have proceeded without their support and proactive intervention. AW was not in fact acting for me as I was purchasing one of the properties they advertised. However, I encountered numerous problems with the purchase which I cannot go into, but I hasten to say that Alex and every member of her team were at some point involved in this tortuous process; but each person was so professional, helpful and supportive. Travelled 3 hours with our children to find that they had failed to put the viewing which we booked on the phone into their system and that the house we had travelled to see was now under offer. Couldn't help but wonder if they forgot to tell us that someone else had put an offer in and were covering their tracks. Although they apologised, being very sorry doesn't make up for wasted time, wasted fuel and crying children. We're giving this company a very wide berth in future.
