GoogleAfter an initial slow start the company raised their game and started to chivvy and chase as the conveyancing took so long. They also helped with some of the documentation that was required by the solicitor, and were most helpful with the several viewings we needed for the propery.

GoogleI honestly cannot fault the work of Darci, she has been so friendly, patient and helpful compared to the service i've received from other estate agents in the past. She helped make our moving process so fun and easy and would like to wish her and the rest of the team good luck for the future. You've not seen the last of me and I will certainly let others know of this positive experience.

GoogleAs landlords our experience with the letting side of the agency was very disappointing. The monthly payments were never on time, despite the fact that our tenant had paid 6 months in advance. We had to make endless phone calls to enquire what was happening; we were charged for services we didn't ask for in the contract..we ended our contract with them after 6 months.

GoogleReally poor service from a landlord's perspective, didn't collect the full rent from the tenant, lied about it and still haven't acted quickly to get it resolved. Honestly, couldn't recommend this type of service which is a shame as they used to be fantastic to deal with. Disappointing
