GoogleWe had a great experience with Sims Williams. They are great communicators, proactive but not pushy like some and seemed genuinely interested in us and helping us proceed. They were very helpful pushing through the sale at difficult points in the process. Special commendation for Susie and Pauline. Highly recommend Sims Williams.

GoogleWe recently completed on a property in Bognor Regis and bought it through Simms Williams. I have to say the service was excellent from the office staff but mainly from our main contact there Susie Jones. We probably drove her mad with all the questions, extra viewings but she was always there to answer them and do everything she could to help the sale go smoothly. Excellent service, well done Susie.

GoogleI was very impressed by Sims Williams as every time I called, there was always a friendly voice on the line. If I was experiencing difficulty with the sale, one of two very helpful staff sorted it out for me and always kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend them for anybody who wants hassle free house selling.
