GoogleWell, yesterday we went to bognor to look the apartments 26/06/2025 at 16:15 and 16:45 the agent who was there for viewing the property she isn’t so nice kinda rude not even say anything’s stand with an angry face and rush . Doesn’t work that way ;) hope you look for it.

Your appointment was scheduled for 16:15, and our agent waited until 16:35 without seeing you arrive. We also received a call at that time letting us know you were still several minutes away. As we manage a tight schedule and respect the time of all our clients, the agent had to move on to the next appointment. We’re sorry if this came across as unwelcoming, but we do expect all clients to arrive on time or notify us earlier if delayed. We always aim to deliver a professional and respectful service.

Marlena our property manager gave us good advice when we were preparing to let our flat. Martin & Co have taken over the management since October 25 and they look after everything, so we don't have to worry about a thing! The team has been professional, friendly and very responsive throughout.

GoogleMoving in was easy, and Katrina was so professional and helpful and overall really lovely to deal with throughout our tenancy. However, another agent was much less professional in his manner and insisted we, as tenants, were to blame for an issue which was later proven not to be the case at all. We also had a problem with humidity and damp in our property, with moisture coming up through the concrete floor. They then tried to charge us for the pleasure of a damp carpet at the end of the tenancy despite us reporting the issue several times and nothing being done to rectify the issue, which resulted in us having to spend over £100 on a dehumidifier to try and reduce the problem (bearing in mind we had a very young baby) We ended up having to vacate the property due to concerns for our health.

Moved into a property let by Martin&Co in the 27th July. The team are very friendly and down to earth and helpful, responding quickly and professionally to any query I have had to date. They are honest and straight talking and the only reason I have given 4* not 5* is because their communication with each other as colleagues needs some work. Couple of things where I’ve spoken to one person and they’ve said they will pass something along to the person I’ve been dealing with, then when I speak to the person i’m dealing with to update them they haven’t been passed the original message. Otherwise no complaints and also very happy in my new home, so thank you James!

GoogleMoving out tomorrow, reported a leaking window 1 year ago when I moved in, fixed last week by the owner. Light switch fixed after several months which meant I was cooking in semi darkness. Just now waiting to see how much of my deposit they will try to claw back even though the place is spotless. Watch this space.

GoogleSo I spent most of the morning on Saturday 2nd April 2022 trying to call these people to book a viewing for a property. No answer and no recorded message to advise in fact the call just got cut off each time! Monday morning when the phone is answered I'm too late. Pretty poor I'd say. Won't be back to buy, let, sell or anything else.
