Such a poor experience when viewing houses with Webbers. Viewed two properties with them, that was enough. They wanted to get in and out of the property within 2 minutes and knew NOTHING about it. May as well of just opened the door and let me look around myself. They even made up answers to my questions which weren't true. It made me feel so deflated. I asked questions which they said they'd get back to me with the answers. They never did and said 'you need to find that out yourself - do you want to make an offer or no?'
Felt like some of the properties were already a sealed deal.
Thank God my house purchase was with BOP.
Used to be reputable but voiced my experience with many fellow locals and they all had their own Webbers horror stories. We were going to use Webbers for a family members property sale next year but not anymore!

We were really pleased with the service we received from Webbers throughout the sale of our house. In a tricky market, the team remained committed and proactive from start to finish, qualities not always found in other agents!

We didn’t have to chase for updates, which made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I had made an offer which was accepted and I also received a letter congratulating me, on thre offer being approved. However when I rang to obtain certain paperwork for the property before going ahead of with the exchange with my solicitor. I was told that the property had been sold to someone else within the same week I had my offer approved and was not informed. I felt even more distressed as not only was my mortgage approved, which too tike but I had alao paid for a surveyor, so was at a financial loss aswell. Which caused further stress especially as I'm a first time buyer. Therefore would definitely not use them or recommend to anyone ever. Very poor service, lack of communication, literally don't care about customer and are too much of a hassle.
Will go with another estate agent now.

Webbers were incredibly helpful with our house purchase from start to finish. The first house they sent details on was a perfect match to our requirements, and we immediately made an offer "sight unseen" without looking at any other properties.
The whole process was more complicated since we were living abroad and had a house to sell, but we were able to move from offer to completion in about 3 months, exchanging contracts after only 2 months.
Communication was great every step of the way, despite an 8-hour time difference: we always knew exactly what was going on and were able to contact our agent easily.

GoogleA terrible 12 months endured at 15 holmes way. An infuriating rattle somewhere in the loft meant sleep was often disturbed. Neither the landlord or Webbers cared! Webbers were also punitive in their constant need to assess the property. When leaving Webbers even tried to force me to use professional cleaners, implying it was part of the lease! Im leaving this review 12 months after I left as I ve learnt from the recent tenant they’ve had the same experience.
A horrible letting agent, do not rent from them. Webbers in my opinion are money hungry, overly invasive and liars.

Intrusive, inappropriate and rude. I am waiting for their privacy policy disclosure statement. I would not use them or trust them again.
