I was so glad I chose Michael Anthony, I chose them as they were the cheapest out of all of the agents I had considered, with very high review rates and I must say they could not have been any better. I am not sure what paying a higher percentage rate could get you. They were really brilliant and kept me informed throughout. Special thanks to Charlie who was my lead, who was absolutely brilliant. Great professional, friendly, efficient & helpful service

I used Michael Anthony to find a tenant. Katie and Alice were both professional yet friendly and very helpful throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I will only use Michael Anthony in the future. I used a different agent two tenant changes ago and their services was so shocking that it ended up costing me £17k with a non paying tenant and repairs following eviction. My previous tenant that Michael Anthony found me was fabulous and these new tenants seem to be the same.

I went to purchase a house with Michael…

I went to purchase a house with Michael Anthony in aylesbury. And I had the worst experience ever. upon making an offer on a house and Michael Anthony accepting it By a phone call I was then not given the offer in writing which they should of done but They didn't. I then get a further phone call saying that my offer was accepted but the house had now gone to auction but if I still wanted it at my offer price i had to buy it at auction this was the only way. which I was not happy to do at this point i knew something was not right here. Then i find out the house doesn't go to auction! So I call Michael Anthony him self. He says a pack off lies to me about the house that its not for sale anymore. Which was all lies he had other buyers that wanted it so Michael himself had taken the house off the market and sold it from underneath me for more money probably so most of the phone calls I received were all a pack off lies from the boss himself and his assistant called Holly she had lied to me from the beginning about this house I expected better from this company more so from the boss himself that runs it. Plus i found most of the staff very rude in there Not very helpful at all im sure there just there to make has much money as they can So please beware of this company and the boss that runs it. I ended up losing the house I wanted for my family. I wish others to be safe and secure. Thanks for taking time to read this. All best.

We bought and sold through this estate agency and had a great experience overall. They managed 25 viewings in one week and we sold within just 9 days. A Great Team To Work With/Do Business With

It is a great team at Michael Anthony. In particular my thanks go to Charlie and Henry who always responded promptly in a helpful, friendly and positive way. The 'house sale' climate was probably not at it's easiest. But their persistence and a work ethic that included flexible accompanied viewings (even on a Sunday) and regular contact within the chain and feedback (so I always knew what was going on) paid off.
