Nugent Auctioneers reviews

I recently sold and purchased a home through nugent auctioneers. From the beginning Patsy was professional, listened to my requirements and was very easy to deal with. Juliette was also very professional and constantly kept me in the loop and updated every step of the way. In the week of the closing of both sales Juliette was amazing. She kept me at ease and couldn't be more helpful. It took a lot of pressure off me knowing she was there to help. Cillian was also very helpful in the closing week. Overall I'd highly recommend Nugent in blessington for both buying and selling. To be able to walk into the office and see a friendly face beats online auctioneers any day. Kelly

A big thank you to all the Nugent team who facilitated my move to my new home in Wicklow. They were promptly responsive and attentive to any concerns I expressed, and always treated me with kindness and practicality. Overall they smoothed the way for what is a big challenge. Sincere thanks to Cillian, Juliette, and Patsy at Nugents

Excellent service! I dealt with Juliette and Patsy mainly (though anyone I met at the Nugent office was really nice) and they were very helpful. Juliette handled the viewings and kept me updated regularly. It was a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend Nugent Auctioneers!

We paid deposit for a house and with 2 days before we had to move in they call to tell us that the house is rented to someone else. We had to live the house and the he find another that we accepted. The problem is that every time we had something to complain he was telling us he did a favour to us by renting this property. At the end of 2 years with plenty of notice when came to get deposit back he just say to us that this is not his problem anymore and I have to deal with landlord. The landlord after opening a prtb case they decided to give some of the deposit back. That was after 2 months. Just don’t deal with him. He will take money and offer very little in return.
