Really friendly and professional service throughout the whole process. Even though we were assigned a dedicated member of staff to handle our case (which makes their service feel more personal) any and all members of Your Move Winlaton were on hand to help out with our queries as soon as they were raised, which were many as we were first time buyers. Would wholeheartedly recommend buying through Your Move and, even though they have helped us find our perfect first home, if we were to sell again in the future I’d definitely look to go through them again. First Class service. As soon as Michelle came to value our property we knew we had found the best Estate Agent. Selling/ Buying Houses can be very stressful. Janet, Michelle and Lyndsey were always on hand to help with any questions or concerns. Janet and Lindsey are an exceptional team and they went above and beyond to support our move into a rented property. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work. Throughout the process we were kept up to date with each stage and everything was clearly explained to us. We were on a very tight deadline to leave our previous property, and Janet and Lindsey kept this in the forefront of their mind and did everything they could to make the move happen. Our transition from our old property was far from smooth but Lindsey and Janet literally held our hands to resolve the many, many hiccups that presented themselves to us alone the way. We have moved twicentre in 2 year and used your move both times . The 1st move was a dream with the help of the girls in Winlaton it was all done & dusted in about 8 weeks the 2nd move was a nightmare due to incompetent solicitors either side of our sale/buy ,Janet Alaina & Michelle never stopped trying to get in touch with our buyer's solicitor (who rarely responded) & kept us posted all the way .
