GoogleExcellent service from start to finish from the team at Victoria homes, Jess was our main contact and she was friendly, professional, extremely helpful and just made everything run as smoothly and as hassle free as possible - you’ve got a diamond there guys but a big thank you to the whole team, you were fantastic to deal with and made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. They guided me through every step of the process, from initial inquiries to sorting out essential services for completion day. Their dedication to addressing all my queries and concerns along the way has made such a difference. I could not be happier with the level of assistance and professionalism they provided. I just want to add that Matt managed to fit the viewing in last minute, and we were so late (traffic), yet he took the time to show us around, not just the house, but the surrounding area also. Jessica has been so incredibly helpful too, responding so quickly and being just so friendly and understanding whatever the question. Thank you!

The moment we contacted Matt and the team everything changed, we had great advice, support and from the initial meeting to the sale completing the communication was impeccable, making an already stressful experience as smooth as it could possibly be. GoogleWhat an excellent service this estate agent is there is nothing too much trouble for them to sort out and anything you want them to do they will be very helpful in trying to help you . There is one person I have to mention and gose up and beyond to be do very helpful and she is Jessica Dance she is absolutely brilliant at her job and nothing is too much trouble for her even out of hours she was very helpful in sorting out the house o was selling I can't thank the team enough.

GoogleIf I could give 10 stars I would, Being a first time buyer they couldn’t have made things more easier for me, I literally did nothing, they did it all, after having an offer excepted on the first house but then pulling out because I found another that I liked “ I felt terrible “ they reassured me it’s my choice and to do what I feel is best for me!, and then the house I wanted was mine 😁, first time buyer and a single dad of 2, Matthew and the team made it seem so simple, Il be forever grateful for they’re help, and il be back when my fixed rate is up so Matthew can get me better one 🤣 🙌

GoogleWe bought a house off Victoria homes and there were some issues in relation to the management company tied into the house The whole team at Victoria Homes went over and above the duties of their role. They communicated every day and kept us up to date every step of the way They liaised with solicitors on our behalf and explained everything to us in layman’s terms. Each and every member of the team are friendly as well as being extremely professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I only wish we had sold our house with them as well as purchasing a house off them I would highly recommend then as they do an amazing job and they offer support at every stage of the process making what can be a stressful process seamless and stress free Thanks so much Matthew, Jess and all the team at Victoria Homes

Victoria homes were absolutely fabulous, keeping me informed every step of the way.. i would highly recommend, especially as the fees were super low. GoogleVictoria Homes massively helped me out with finding my home. They were with me over about 8-9 viewings around the Cwm area. And after chatting about one house in particular that was taken off the market the day i viewed it. They contacted me 2-3 months later to tell me that the buyers dropped out, and that they remembered i wanted that house. And offered to keep it off the market for me for that day so i could see it again and make an offer! This was amazing for any estate agents to do. You wouldnt get that from peter allen!. I have just spent my 1 year anniversary at the house!

Matt actually showed an interest in the property when he came to value it unlike some of the bigger chains who barely looked around. Which immediately made our decision about who would market our property. It felt like a much more personal service than the other agents we had dealt with. We couldn't have asked for anymore, we've been really happy with the customer service and communication we have received. Would highly recommend Victoria Homes. I was kept up to date the whole way through by Saskia, who was a credit to the company. The fees were also less than half of what I had quoted elsewhere, highly recommended.
