GoogleNot reliable and professional at all!
I've been living in one of their properties for nearly 5 years.
Never done a repair in the house. When requested to do so, as the living was impossible with mould, damp ,roof leaks, windows not closing properly and many other, they started talking rude and insulting me as " I requested to have luxury and if I don't like it, to get out of their property ". We been to court and they still owe me money for replacing the subfloor and other repairs in the house.Housing enforcement was involved and made them do some repairs. Obviously they just covered up and not actually fixed the problem.
I wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy!
I didn't had a choice when I moved to their property as was middle of coronavirus pandemic.

GoogleExtremely rude and belittling! Rang about a property, Malvern Avenue, when asked about financial matters I explained that I was on UC and he insisted I would not be able to afford the property I was interested in, I told him I’d be getting help with housing benefits and he proceeded to tell me again I wouldn’t be able to afford it because of the limit of HB pay out, I insisted I would be able to afford it and I’d top up whatever would be left to pay, he proceeded to scoff and tell me that I would have to pay a year top up in advance. Close this place down or get rid of him

GoogleBe very careful before buying, selling or renting a property through Turnkey. I know many people who will tell you the same. They will fleece you at every opportunity. I recently switched to another property company, and I’ve never been happier, because it operates transparently and reliably. Do yourself a favour and take heed of the numerous negative reviews here

GoogleAbsolutely the worst rental agent in Blackpool. Do not use unless you want to be threatened by threats violence, which have been reported to the Police, when you try to get repairs done by Turnkey.
I had to report Turnkey to Blackpool council housing enforcement to get the repairs done. Then Turnkey gave me a eviction notice so they wouldn't have to do the repairs!!
Blackpool council stepped in at this point and gave Turnkey a enforcement notice to do the work in July 2022 . Some of this work was completed in November. Other work as of March 2023 is still outstanding!
So Blackpool council have got involved again to force Turnkey to complete the repairs that were reported in May 2022. The Blackpool council enforcement officer has been brilliant throughout, no repairs would have been completed if I hadn't of contacted Blackpool Council
I repeat do NOT rent houses or flats through Turnkey rental agency!!🥺

GoogleI phoned the agent regarding a Property at Admiral Point just on Marketplace at 5pm, was asked to call in the morning after 8:30. Phoned at 9am couldn't understand the man very well who sounded drunk. However he said it's not empty yet and viewings will start next month, I'll have to phone at the end of the month.(Unusual Response) I've phoned again at 1:30pm asking for information and told it's already been let this morning.

GoogleTerrible company, we had a very bad mold problem but when we asked for it to be treated all they said was wipe it down. It looked like something from a horror movie with how black the wall was. When I was finally able to move my family out all I got was more rude and threatening language from a male who clearly fancied himself as a gangster. Stay clear they're not worth the aggravation and stress

GoogleTurned up to surrender keys. Closed l!!! Guy asks on the phone...have you made appointment to leave property....what??. I have yes.... 4 weeks ago..... OK he said.. post keys with the 3 weeks worth of mail already piling up in letter box. No mention of my deposit or the flat iv just give up. All last week I had ppl calling to my property to view... they gave address to them to call willy nilly. Not a professional outfit at all. I was laid up i bed just suffered a major bleed on my brain. I was recovering ... they knew this yet still had ppl calling at 9 in the morning....did I mention ... not a professional outfit? I won't recommend this company at all.

View AgentsTerrible management. Lift has not been in use since i moved in after being discharged from hospital 2 months ago. Ive been on the phone numerous times only to get nowhere. They havent informed anyone of anything and at one point tried to put a padlock on the electric cupboard which is illegal moght i add. Anyone thinking of using this company stay away.
