Google4 years ago I gave 5 🌟 Today I am giving the same, They have been my housing agent since 2018 at two location. They are above all else the only people I wish to manage my rental home and I am glad they are still my agents. Thank You to the people whom work there and who know me personally, you have always been the best to me, even when my life rollercoasters your support and care is second to none. GoogleCan't recommend highly enough. Sold three businesses for me in quick succession. Joanne & Lisa kept me updated throughout and their years of experience in the industry was invaluable when guiding the sales from instruction to completion without me ever having to do any chasing. A breath of fresh air having dealt with other corporate agents in the past who charge a lot more.

GoogleEnquired about a property. Was told the person who was dealing with the property was off. Phone the following day and was told she check her appointments and get back to for a viewing. Phoned again as I had not sorted a viewing time. She apologised and she would definitely sort a viewing time. Since then no contact. I wonder if the people using this company to sell or lease their properties know the poor level of service they provide? Personally I would avoid. A waste of time
Dear Mr Jones, I am sorry you felt the need to provide such a poor review for our property management business. I do not like to make excuses for poor service but I feel in this instance, if you were aware of the facts of the matter, you may have reconsidered putting the review on. Kenricks Property Management offer a bespoke service for clients and we have a small team of 3 dealing with property management. Unfortunately which isn't your fault, on the day in question we had only one member of staff from the property management on duty and she was completely snowed under . Another member of staff had recently left without notice and our property manager manager had gone into labour. In the chaos that ensued your number was misplaced and a phone call to you was not made which is regrettable. GoogleA deceitful cruel company - stay well away! They are trying to claim commission from my father for a property we sold privately. My father has passed away, we have informed them and the courts accepted this, however these heartless scammers are pursuing a dead person's estate for this commission! Not even one appointment they got us!
Mr Seedat , you're father signed a sole agency agreement with this Company and his property was extensively advertised locally and nationally . An advertising board was erected on his building and he was clearly approached directly by a client who no doubt had seen the property advertised by ourselves . Under the terms of your fathers contract with our company we are entitled to our fees. This was confirmed by the successful judgement we obtained via the Courts. I am sorry your father has past away he was a charismatic man and I got on well with him .

GooglePlease do not use this company, They have charged us £1800 and we found our own tenant. They did not complete any credit checks just sent two letters to the tenants references which i have to assume were his friends. It dragged on a long time and we had to chase it up ourselves. Compared to the company we have used in the past for Residential lettings which were fantastic the service Kenricks offer is non existence.
