An application of mine was rejected because there referencing agents failed to pick up 2 emails I sent subsequently I lost out on my dream house because of someone else's mistake Elliot booth did nothing to resolve the problem however they did return all fees but that was little comfort the staff are ok but should understand how extremely stressful it can be for people that this is a life changing event and all decisions made massively impact people's lives more care and understanding needs to be taken

Elliott Booth have been managing a rental property for me for 2 years now. I was very particular about the type of tenant I was looking for and they took that on board and found me the perfect tenant, even arranging for me to meet with the tenant to put my mind at ease.
