Andy was brilliant during the viewing; not only knowledgeable and professional but genuinely helpful, taking time to engage with the sitting tenants and give a clear picture of the property. When things got a little delayed on the solicitor side, Adam was excellent, gave the right friendly nudge at the right time and helped keep everything moving, despite there being quite a few moving parts. GoogleHorrible agency! No communication skills, everyone is lazy to call back and they never do when you kindly ask them to, they just transfer calls and don’t want to communicate. Andy is very unprofessional, all together experience very sad and disappointing. I talked to a lot of people and every one of them says that the agency is very bad which I can confirm! They just take your time and everyone wants to get rid of a phone call with you, too lazy to bother. I tried to communicate with them for more than a month and never got a call back. I’ll make sure the Landlords know how they deal with everything. 🙂

Imagine your world falling apart and at the last minute of a 10 month negotiation period the sale was falling through. And then imagine Captain Fantastic (Adam) stepping in to pull it back together. Adam skillfully acted as mediator identifying areas on both sides to get things back on track. He made me realise selling a business is not just about handing over the keys and also got the commitment we needed from the purchaser. Without his people skills the sale would have fallen through ...without question. We owe a huge debt to him and can assure future customers of his that he really does go the extra 10,000 miles. Hayley was great to work with also through the rollercoaster of trying to sell in a hugely difficult economic climate. Highly recommended
