GoogleWe have a lovely 5 bed house on St Michael's Gardens in Cockerham. Yes, there was some snagging necessary, as is always the case with a new build, but this is being rectified. The houses are really spacious and the plot sizes generous. The village is gorgeous and this small development is going to be stunning when it has been completed.

GoogleTotally scam company stay away as faar as possible and also try to take your refund back before its too late like me. Unfortunately i am stuck with them as paid full money now as they promised me that as soon as completion is done they will complete everything within two weeks but two months gone and house is still not ready . I tried all my resources to contact them but no response as they don't even care about me I am thinking to go to court now

GoogleHope this saves other people from having to deal with what we have. They have tried to con us and just completely wasted our time. They are very sneaky and deceitful. You wouldn’t think they’re trying to sell to you, most of my emails got ignored for weeks, or partly replied to. Their replies are often blunt and unhelpful. They have wasted our time and were completely unapologetic. They make it very difficult to communicate with them in any way or to see the properties in person, we had two appointments cancelled by them at short notice. Full of excuses, stay completely away from them, I wish I’d seen all these 1 star reviews before wasting my time with them. They also made it very difficult to get my refund back after it was completely their fault that our sale couldn’t go ahead. Had to email and ring in twice to chase up. Again no apology from anyone at all.

GoogleOpulwood Developments and Langdale Homes are nothing but scammers. The whole operation is run by cowboys that couldn't run a bath. Don't even waste you time, effort and money buying homes from them unless you want to get scammed.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
