GoogleWhat a team! The sale of my house would go down as one of the best experiences I have had. Charlie is a consummate professional and his team are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My house was sold in two weeks and all aspects of the sale were seamless. I had prepared myself for a stressful time but how wrong could I be. I would recommend Gibsons estate agency to anyone looking to sell a property. Thank you.

GoogleAMAZING AGENTS! I was recommended to Charlie and team, after having a bad experience with a prior estate agent. Charlie visited my property, was very friendly, op and honest with our questions. Took us through their approach to sell and showing us the tech they use for photos ( outstanding piece of kit) and made the photography of my home simple with excellent images! The marketing was like night and day compared to other agents I had used and immediately had the confident feeling that my house would sell and it did very quickly!! The team are always on hand to answer questions don't just work standard 9-5pm. There advice always spot on. Not to mention the the best support we could ask for when going through the stressful process of selling. Couldn't recommend them enough 10/10!!

They were available on weekends, which made things much easier, and they always kept me updated via email and phone. I truly felt supported throughout the entire process. GoogleI had never used an estate agent before so I was unsure what to expect. Gibson Estate Agents in Blackburn was used by my solicitor - Currie Johnstone & Co Solicitors. However, Isabel was fantastic, professional, helpful throughout & kept me updated with regular phone calls/emails & gave some very balanced advice. There was no hard sell or pressure & I would highly recommend.

GoogleCharlie, Isobel and Robyn are a dream team. From start to finish, they were super helpful. Communication is so important when it comes to selling a house and they were always on hand, even after regular office hours. I never felt the need to chase them and they did absolutely everything in their power to get my house sold, even in a quiet market. Could not recommend them enough!

GoogleHad a terrible experience with Gibson. Had to correct the schedule twice as it was factually incorrect and arranging viewings was a shambles. Went with another estate agent and the house was sold within a week but was on for four with Gibson and no offers.
