Having just completed the sale of a property today in just under 13 weeks from accepting the offer is a great achievement in these turbulent times through the Covid restrictions, from meeting Joanne for the valuation, Samantha taking the photos, to Isabella & Jack in the office. Every query was promptly answered & kept me informed at every step of the sale process. A credit to a team fully knowing & working together. Many thanks, Martin.

In August we decided to put our house on the market. In December we moved into our brand new house. This would not have been possible without our Estate Agents Stones Young. Who helped us through the process every step of the way. Through showing prospective buyers around our old property with their enthusiastic and friendly approach. Their professionalism with dealing with clients and solicitors. Myself and John would like to say a huge thank you to Jo-Anne, Gemma Jennifer ,Nicole, Jack and Samantha . We can't recommend them enough.

The best estate agent in Blackburn by far. The service from stones young was absolutely fantastic. These guys are very quick and efficient. Jo, Jack, Gemma, Nicole, Samantha & Jennifer are literally the perfect team. Give Jack a payrise as he deserves it. He went the extra mile to ensure a smooth sale. He kept me updated all the way to help ensure us buying our first home. Thank you once again. Suhail and tasneem :)

I really would recommend Phil to anyone looking for a mortgage/re-mortgage. This is the 3rd time I have dealt with Phil and it gets easier and easier. His advice and knowledge is great and he makes everything so simple. When it comes to a re-mortgage or moving home I will definitely be using Stones-Young/Phil. Many thanks, Joe
