Having just viewed a property in Eider Close Whetstone. I was disappointed that the advertising said spacious kitchen diner to enjoy family meals and host gatherings with friends. In reality it would be difficult to move around a table and chairs for two. There was no floorplan listed. Photographs did not show that stairs did not have any railings. Location good.

Weve just committed to buying a property through Haart Estates in Blaby. Customer service has so far bean great and on request, a speedy viewing for the property that we were interested in was facilitated. I couldn’t recommend haart enough. I’d like to thank Steve, Mercedes and especially Aaron, whom it was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. After my first sale fell through they acted quickly to find a new buyer in a matter of days, and for the price I wanted. Whilst having a few complications with my onwards purchase Aaron went above and beyond his duties, nothing was ever to much trouble and was always friendly and happy to help. Cheers guys!!

Second time we have used Haart Blaby to sell a property. Both times have been excellent. Steve and Mercedes have been so professional, friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with the upload of photos however this was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. On both occasions they have found buyers very quickly in a difficult market. Mercedes was first class when showing buyers round and negotiating a price. We would have no hesitation in recommending or using Haart in the future.

Massive thanks to Mercedes at Heart, Blaby who dealt with me from the very start up to the stage I'm at now. Mercedes was the first person I spoke to about buying a house and the very first property we were shown and we determined to buy we have now had our offer accepted. Even when our buyer pulled out Mercedes was back on the phone and not only got me another offer on my property within minutes she even got us a better offer. I cannot praise Steve and Mercedes from the Blaby office high enough! They are the most professional and reliable estate agents we have come across. They definitely went more than the extra mile to help us on many occasions - even on his day off! Our sale was part of a very difficult chain and there were many problems caused by other vendors, estate agents and solicitors elsewhere in the chain. My honest opinion is that without the hard work, dedication and pure professionalism shown by them both I don't think we would have achieved it. They undertook work on our behalf that other estate agents should have done but didn't either through laziness or incompetence. We initially started with another (cheaper) estate agent in Blaby which turned out to be the worst decision we made. You really do get what you pay for - and we got very little for the 6 months we were listed with them. They didn't answer the phone and failed to invite one of their own vendors to view our house! Once we moved to Haart, we sold our property to the first couple that came to view and that was within a week. (These were the people who were selling their own place through our first estate agent!) I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, competent and friendly estate agent.

Up-dated regularly either by texts, emails or phone calls. Steve and Mercedes were very helpful in respect of Branch issues such as the initial valuation and putting together of the sale information, keeping me informed and arranging viewings. I do feel, however, that the Branch was let down badly by the external organisations involved in both the putting together of the brochure and the organising of the "for sale" signage. But, again, Steve and Mercedes did manage to sort out the problems that these Companies caused.

We have had a few encounters with Steve Mcdonald ver the past week and he has been very, very helpful! We had a valuation from him on our property and he was really informative, provided comparisons to other homes in the area and was very straight talking, which I appreciate! We then had a viewing with him at a property, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer lots of questions about the home which made viewing a very pleasant experience!
