GoogleI engaged Weller Patrick for the probate sale of my parent's property after careful consideration of a shortlist of agents. I found Michael to be very professional, straight talking, and an engaging "people person": all important considerations for me when choosing who to appoint.
I was not disappointed. I was always kept up to date, there was a decent stream of viewings, and we regularly had open discussions regarding how best to approach different aspects of the sale.

GoogleOurs was not a straightforward sale. For a start we were 14000 miles away and the house was tenanted when we decided to sell the property. However the service from Michael Patrick was exemplary and we would use Weller Patrick again in a heartbeat. We had a lot of interest in our house which went on sale in the midddle of winter, and within days we had a buyer. There were clear lines of communication throughoutthe process of our house sael and we were updated at every stage. Thanks must also go to the solicitor, Janet Massey at Davd Ebert and the admin team in the Weller Patrick office in Bishops Waltham especially Rachel. GoogleWe used Weller Patrick to sell our house and the whole experience was very simple and hassle free. The advice given was honest and dealing with their staff was a pleasant experience. No hard sell, No pushy sales people. The sales brochure they created was done quickly and was comprehensive and the viewings we received were of a good quality. We also had the offer of assisted viewings if we wished. At the last minute our circumstances changed and we decided not to sell and this is where Weller Patrick were most supportive and understanding. In all the process was quick, hassle free and from memory the commission that would have been due was very competitive. They also gave us help and advice on the next property we were due to purchase had the sale gone through despite being out of their area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the personal touch during the stressful time of buying and selling a property. A few years later we looked to buy a commercial property (which did go ahead) and not only did we see the same familiar faces (which is always a good sign) but the same high levels of support and advice where still there.
