Moved to Paintworks development in Bristol and everything has been superb! I was sad to see some negative reviews, but as my experience was spot on I just wanted to share a five star review to give others faith. We had a couple of minor snags which were acknowledged and rectified within 24-48 hours. I even got a call after to check I was happy. I really couldn't fault them

I recently moved to Fairfield Gardens and was pleased with excellent standard of finish when I moved in any snags were minor and have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by the Site Team and Customer services team, it is a 'child friendly' development with an established sense of community.I joined Bannatynes Gym (Just across the road) and Cycle to Letchworth Train station every week day.

The staff were precise about telling us the whole process of buying a house what type and what were available and also explained to us about the help to buy scheme. They were also very friendly and approachable and was able to answer all our questions. Overall it was a great experience.

Front office staff is very helpful from the start especially during transition.We were well taken care off and they didnt miss a heartbeat,cheers guys. And also the Construction Manager and the entire team,they made us feel comfortable in our new house,and very attentive to all the details.Every thing about moving in a newly build home was covered by Crest,will always and had already recommended.

Crest is a fantastic builder. Our home is built to a high standard, with good quality materials. As you would expect with any new build, we have had our fair share of snags to be rectified, but I personally have found Crest quick to respond and all snags have been finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend them for a new build home.
