This company of developers does not care about the people around them and the safety of others . Just a greedy developer who just wants to make a profit. Maybe we should build around the owners property?? Just a thought . Avoid buying from this company!!

We have just bought a lovely new home from Kegworth Gate, Crest Nicholson. The Romsey style house was just what we were looking for. Nikita in the sales office was so enthusiastic to help us, nothing was to much trouble. Still in the building process, aside from a few emails and a change of contacts on their part, nothing to advise against, I think a lot will be around as to how they deal with the snags after it’s built. It does seem as if the proactive element from their part now that the documents have been signed has been less and less. Will keep posting as my journey continues.

The Sales Team at the wycke place development in maldon are just amazing! From the start to finish of buying our first property they have been so helpful, honest and professional! Our new home is just perfect, with only expected minor snags it’s just a dream! With any little problem we have the building team have been straight round to sort it out for us! Having had a Crest new build before in 2017, we have now moved in to a second Crest new build property. What an absolute downgrade this has been in terms of finishes as standard and service. This company is certainly heading in the wrong direction and we would never buy from them again.

Excellent build quality at Crest Nicholson Morton Park. From first viewings with Susie and Ryan to more viewing and purchasing process with Joseph and Luke. Lovely handover on completion with Susie, recalled from her new site. Aftercare is second to none. So few snags in a new build and promptly sorted. Site Manager and team are always on hand if needed.

It appears that this company could not care less about anything other than making profits. Have caused issues with street lights along Biggs Lane, Arborfield, RG2 and given that it's now over 4 months since they were aware of this, they are clearly not interested in resolving it nor the impact the issue is causing to local residents. Do not respond to emails, do not call back when promised. Awful service.

They are liars. They told me there was no housing association houses on this development. There is, the police are there twice a week at least, and still nothing is done about the housing association tenants that cause mayhem in this development. The house has had several problems that have been sorted, that’s why they get one star and not zero stars.
