Lednor and Company reviews

Very unhappy, ordered gutter helmet on 8-6 changed the color the next day, was told i would receive a new contract with the new color, i did not, approx 1 week later i called my sale consultant Lee Guerrero to make sure all was ok with color change, did not receive a response, the next week i emailed him and still did not receive a response. Then unfortunately i had to canx my order for financial reasons and was told i would NOT receive my deposit back because i had to cancel within 3 days. I tried to explain i had a financial problem, they did not want to hear it. I then explained i never received a correct contract, but they told me that did not matter. They explained they needed to keep the deposit for materials. I explained if they ordered the materials, they were wrong because they still had the old contract. They were not willing to negotiate at all! I find it crazy that the day i cancelled i finally heard back from my sales consultant immediately.

Vanessa and her team were fantastic. The service that they gave my parents in a very emotional move was outstanding. From the very first day they were 100% supportive and helped them through the whole process. Vanessa and the team are not your average Estate Agents. Lednor are the only Estate Agents in Bishops Stortford that I would recommend. Thank you for all your help in selling my parents property, they have now settled into their new house

The whole team are absolutely amazing. I recently sold a probate property with Lednors and they were so supportive during a very emotional time. Old fashioned, great quality customer service. They treat you as a person not a number. I cannot rate them highly enough and I will recommend them to friends and family. Special thanks must go to Pam, who is quite frankly a legend.

Excellent Service from Andrew & the Team. Lednor & Company are a local independent Estate Agents in Bishops Stortford. I have purchased a property via Lednor, and sold a property via Lednor. On both occasions, I have been impressed by their excellent and in-depth knowledge of the local market, their clear communication of the buying or selling process, their management of viewings, and offer negotiation - and their drive and determination to ensure both buyer and seller are assisted in completing the transaction as smoothly as possible. Highly Recommended!

Andrew has long experience of the local market and gives shrewd advice; he and the staff are all friendly, efficient and great to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Stortford area.

Andrew and all of the Lednor team without exception provided the most friendly and efficient service we received of any Stortford agent whilst searching for the ideal property for my mother recently . Fortunately for us they also introduced us to the rare property to meet my mothers requirements in full . So keep up the good work and we look forward to using your services again in the future upon sale.

After dealing with a 'lesser' estate agent to begin with i couldn't be more pleased with the way the sale of my property was dealt with. Very professional in all departments. Thank you for being the best in the business

The staff are incredible. They answer all questions and enquiries promptly. They explain all the terminology in ways normal people can understand and go out of their way to ensure things stay on tract. Having the misfortune of having to deal with their competitors previously just shows how much better they are ! Cannot recommend them highly enough !

An excellent service provided by Lednor & Company during these difficult times. What should have been a relatively easy move proved to be a bit more complicated, but during the whole process Dawn remained calm, professional and on-hand to help with the process and liaise with all other parties involved.
