So grateful to Jan and Jenna at JMP for managing the rental and ultimately the sale of our house in Bishop's Stortford - they are extremely professional and importantly - compliant with all the necessary rental laws, taking all the worry away from us. I cannot recommend them highly enough to take the best care of your rental property and I'm a little bit sad that we'll no longer be liaising with them now that our house has sold - as they are also both lovely people! Thank you both - and a special thank you to Jan with whom we liaised with the most.

We had our rental managed by John Michael properties for 3 years and they have been amazing. Always helpful, kind and any issues were resolved. 3 years ago I was looking for a rental for me and my family and Jenna had told me she had nothing that suited us at the time but 5 minutes later she called me again and said she had something perfect for us and it was , with such a. Smooth process we were in. Jan and Jenna always a pleasure to do deal and speak to. Such a lovely family run business real people willing to help. Wishing you both the best to the future.

Traveled over an hour to a property viewing and was immediately told upon entering that the landlord wanted more than the advertised monthly rental price listed, due to interest. The estate agent was unable to disclose even a ballpark figure of what the landlord was now seeking to charge for the property - we were told just ‘as much as possible’ amidst the current housing crisis and shortage of rental properties. Was told all offers would be presented to the landlord. In need of housing, I attempted to contact the office multiple times shortly after our viewing to put an offer in, however were unable to speak to anyone. A couple of hours later, John Michael finally returned our call and advised that the property had been let that same morning and was no longer available - despite only viewing the property that morning, a few hours before, and not even having the opportunity to make an offer. Absolutely shocking.

5 stars as a tenant! Jenna helped us through the whole process, expediting documents and communication between we and the landlord. They responded and acted to every query in less than 24h. In a world where tenants are often mistreated by agencies, I must say that this agency is different. Thank you, team for taking care of us even during the pandemic.
