Under promise, over deliver - each and every time with the team at David Lee! I know it sounds a bit corny but we've sold 2 houses through them and each time, they have surpassed our expectations on the end result which has allowed us to move up the ladder to a level we didn't think we'd be able to achieve so quickly so a massive thank you to Lee, David and the whole team there. Most people don't use agents every year and there were 5 years between us selling our first house and second so it was amazing to see the progress and growth the company has had in that time. The video presentation was out of this world and I have no doubt it helped get people through the door - professional and friendly without being too salesy - a winning combination in my eyes. We would 100% recommend this company! Lee had shown us round a property the end of July, shortly after we put in an offer which was accepted. We have been in our new home for a few weeks now. Lee had made it such a stress free experience, he was always the other of the phone day and night and he was always able to answer any of our questions or point us in the direction of someone who could. Keep sending me junk in the post trying to get me to sell my house through them. Not sure why you think you can just send unwanted letters to my house, I’m using 2 estate agents already because I picked them and approached them. However, you should also screen addresses against the Mail Preference Service. Although your mailshots are addressed to the 'homeowner', rather than to a named individual; Me personally. GDPR should still apply as you are evidently storing my address, without my consent, for marketing purposes. Even when you do not have sensitive or personal information relating to me as an individual, you should still comply with other rules relating to direct marketing and fair commercial practices. If you can’t figure out which household I am linked to, then you should stop sending those letters out immediately. If you can, then you now know my name and address, and therefore are in receipt of my personal information without my consent :)

I was refused a viewing because I have a 10 month old who would be coming to the viewing with me (strapped to me). I explained I was a widow - the woman hang up on me before I could finish speaking. Very disappointing. I have viewed lots of properties in the last few months and purchased a couple - the sellers of the property I was interested in are missing out. And I have been punished for being a widow - I hope the lady who has hang up on me never has to go through something like this. Just awful...

Shocking behaviour from a High Street Agency, beyond words, Avoid at ALL costs. Forced to move 2 days after moving into property, the only compensation offered (after a struggle) was initial deposit. Huge expense and money wasted, currently in process of issuing legal proceedings. Please don't be put through what we endured.
