GoogleI tried to make enquiries about unit availability and passing rent, terms etc at Bluegates Business park, first my call was not returned so I called the following day and was told the units I was interested in were all fully let and the phone was just put down. I complained about my experience and a lovely lady named Louise took down my requirements and promptly and professionally came up with the information I’d requested. I have improved my rating to 4 stars and feel much more confident that should I call again I will be looked after.

GoogleIn my experience the director & chartered surveyor Louise is untrustworthy.
The practices used by Louise in our purchase were misleading, underhand and unethical. Assuming these are implemented from the top down I would not recommend Coke Gearing.

Dear Jack, as I explained on the phone once I saw your unfounded review- you are clearly misdirecting your frustrations on the middle person and shooting the messenger, I was not acting for you in the purchase so you were not my client and my hands were tied as I have explained previously, it is really disappointing that you have decided to take this stance when I thought you fully understood the situation and especially as I have explained everything - even supplying evidence to prove the same, as well as offering to help you for free despite me not having been in the wrong but in an attempt to smooth over any animosity from your end.
I recall that you were delighted once the transaction completed and thanked me for all my efforts & help so this has come as a huge shock reading your words, particularly when you know I am on MAT leave and not in the office to defend myself.
Regardless, I am sorry you feel this way and wish you all the best.
