GoogleBelvoir have been fantastic at getting us set up to let our property. From the initial meeting whereby they provided a free estimate and advice, to completing all the paperwork, taking photos, sourcing a great tenant, the inventory and to processing payments. They are very responsive, super professional and their fully managed service has been stress free for us. I would highly recommend. And thanks to Lilli for being a brilliant point of contact throughout it all.

GoogleAs first-time landlords in April 2016 we were referred to Belvoir by friends. We are glad they did, because Tracy and her team have provided good service and advice in our first year. We had no qualms about appointing them to manage a second property that we acquired recently. We recently (Dec 2020), placed our 4th property let with Belvoir - this time with Lilli looking after our case. Lilli was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with. Belvoir found us a new tenant within 48-hours of the property being advertised. Even when this proposed let fell through at the 11th hour, Lilli found replacement tenants within 24-hours who moved in within 5-days including taking up the necessary references. Great service indeed !

It took only 15 days for me to get a property, which was exceptionally well. Friendly and professional work from the staff made it really easy. GoogleWe had issues with air vents, boilers, electric circuits, windows... always fixed in a professional and quick manner. We needed a reference letter when we moved out and they provided it to us in no time. We did not manage to honour our end of tenancy agreement in its fullest so we expected our deposit to be partly withhold, what they kept was what was fair. Given the experiences I had before with other letting agencies, I must say their service is way above the standard. Could not recommend them enough.
