One of the worst agencies I've come across, I had a viewing booked for today 4pm and I reached here 5 mins early leaving my office and everything before time to beat traffic and to my surprise nobody was here at 4. when I called the number on the board and on right move again and again nobody picked up and then 15 mins later I get a call just now from someone at their office saying that the agent who was supposed to meet you is stuck in traffic and cannot reach today and we will have to reschedule for tomorrow. Do they think that it's easy for someone to take time out of their daily schedules just to be notified 15 mins after the actual viewing time that they need to reschedule? All while I've received multiple messages and emails on reminding me about the viewing, I guess they need to send themselves these reminders as well. And what kind of an excuse is this “stuck in traffic”??? At least have the courtesy to pick your phone up. Completely pathetic.

A massive THANK YOU for the Local Properties especially Russell for looking after our business (flats) located in Birstall. For nearly 2 years we do not have to worry about anything related to the property management. Great communication and prompt acting time when required. Very polite team and always helpfull. Also reasonable prices. Highly recommended to any landlord!

My experience was terrible in my own opinion it was horrible and I in my own opinion would never use these agents again. In my own opinion I would rather sit on a box of rusty nails than use these agents. In my opinion I was completely dissatisfied and I would like again to express in my opinion the complete lack of satisfaction received after using this agency of course this is my own opinion which is deemed lawful to express as it is my own opinion which is allowed to be expressed through google and the businesses willing to accept feedback. Again terrible,horrible,sickening, experience in my OPINION. Oh and finally because this is the truth and can be proven (which means it cannot be defamation) I had to take down my original post because I had included the names and details of people involved here and what happened to us. which caused My OPINIONS!! and so they went to a solicitor and had them tell me that if I didn’t take it down they would take court action 😂 they will never change this 1 star review because it’s completely by the books so sorry mystery person who went to the solicitors. I guess the truth to some people hurts i would take a look at all the other 1star reviews and poor reviews on this website there’s a review that says russ,Claire and Sarah very helpful highly recommend and gave a 5 star 🌟 review wow!!! They must really have been provided an excellent service are these the people who work at the estate agents??? I wouldn’t presume to know such things but Sarah,Russ and Claire hmmm thanks for the review if I was looking at this agency i would definitely take into account the review from yourself it was enlightening 👍
