I had a really good experience with this estate agency. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly from the beginning. Today I went to sign my tenancy agreement, and the lady who helped me was really lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure rent from them really nice and clean houses. When I first viewed the flat, the agent was also very friendly, understanding and helpful. The whole process was quick and straightforward, and everything was explained clearly. I also really appreciated how transparent they were and that I never felt pressured or bothered with unnecessary phone calls. Overall, everything went very smoothly, and I’m really happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent a property. Thank you to the whole team!

We went with the estate agent around 2 years ago for accommodation on dawlish road for my son the maintenance men where lovely the two ladies in the office had manners and dealt with any issues we raised professionally, which warranted us to return to them, unfortunately we are now looking for accommodation for my daughter who is in first year uni the staff have changed and are completely rude unprofessional , manger need to look at who they are employing to represent the face of the company

What I would say to any future tenants renting with them is to please make sure to communicate WELL and reach definitive conclusions before proceeding with anything to do with rent, payments and anything concerning your tenancy. These people have the tendency to backtrack and attempt to take back what they have said and ghost paying customers. This review is posted after months and months of trying to get clarity on a situation which has made us cut our tenancy short and move out. As a business, it is extremely disappointing to see such hazardous communication issues. Again and again they have refused to answer calls concerning matters that should have been crystal clear in the first place. Save yourself time, energy and money and go to a different estate agent. Learn from my mistake of renting with them. Thanks.

SARA blocked me. I am homeless. They offer DSS housing and I was enquiring about a room. I couldn’t make the viewing so I made her aware. After I asked to view the place to rearrange - she blocked me. She was fully aware I am on DSS and in need. I have proof of her blocking me and therefore proof of her lack of empathy, nasty personality and severely lacking unprofessionalism down below. If you’re in need, don’t go to these people! They will block you if you don’t dance to their tune.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The worst letting company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They changed the name of their Selly Oak branch from KB Roman (yet it’s still the same company) to try and get away from their awful reputation. We had an issue with reoccurring bedbugs that was not dealt with properly. They tried to blame us for the issue when maintenance failed to sufficiently fumigate the property as per council advice. The house was in poor condition, mouldy and damp. The table and chairs were in awful condition, my bed was broken, kitchen tiles falling apart etc. Also, pretty sure that the rooms are so small they aren’t even meeting legal sizes considering my bedroom had a half a window with a stud wall dividing it. We would be constantly bombarded with house viewings with less than 24 hours notice, including the day before we moved out. Maintenance would come into rooms with people in without any notice, and when we got annoyed at them for doing so they refused to come out to solve any issues. They made unfair deposit deductions with absolutely no reasoning or evidence to back up their claims, and ignored all of our emails to them when trying to get back our deposit. Accused us and tried to charge us for putting things up on the wall that were already there from the start of the tenancy. Communication skills from this company were absolutely appalling throughout the course of the tenancy. Do NOT rent any property from KB Roman or ‘The Property Estate Agents’ or whatever it is they’re deciding to call themselves these days to try and avoid the terrible reputation that precedes them.

Top Quality Company, As soon as I reported a maintenance issue, it was sorted. Office staff are very friendly and Professional. Before leaving the property I cleaned the property and left it in good condition as stated on the contract and got my deposit back. Couldn’t be happier. Been renting for 6 years with the agency they have split up from the old chain of Kbroman the service has improved staff are brilliant hands down , moved into another accommodation with the agency couldn’t get my electricity sorted went down to the office the young ladies sorted the issue out for me they stayed over in the office past their operating hours really appreciated!! Better then my last estate agent they sent maintenance out quickly staff are lovely , when moving out they came around did a free inspection and told us what needed to be done to get our deposit back unfortunately some house members did not act upon advise and had there deposit deposit deducted , I received my deposit back swiftly.
