I have recently gone through superior estates, and i would highly recommend them. Vik was very helpful and supportive towards my housing situation and was very effective and professional. They arranged a viewing very quickly and also arranged another viewing to show the property more in detail which i found very nice as they showed me where all the meters were located. We approached Superior Estates when we wanted to rent a specific property and another “estate agent” let us down spectacularly and both cost us money and left us with a home we had to leave in a matter of weeks and no alternative, after giving information we relied upon. Superior Estates couldn’t have been more helpful and practical, solving the problem rather than demanding money with no real reasoning behind it. I want to especially thank Adil- we now have our ideal home in an ideal area and he didn’t charge any more than was actually necessary for the transaction! We have not had a single problem throughout. Thank you superior estates and Adil- I will not hesitate to recommend your service.

AVOID! Rented a property through Superior, the rental deposit wasn’t sent to a deposit scheme as it should legally. The letting agency and landlord both said they didn’t have the money sending us in circles, even though this was transferred to Superior Estates Ltd. After over a year emailing and calling still no resolve, they are not replying to email now so having to take this to small claims. Hassle to deal with and unprofessional customer service.
